Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Hong KongIf I had to cherrypick, the wifi signal in my room was a bit unstable.
This is THE luxury boutique hotel to stay in Christchurch. The room was comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Every staff we encountered were courteous. Food at their restaurant was very nice, so were the choices of wines by glass. The George bear was a nice touch, our old buddy now has a younger twin brother. If we ever make our way back to Christchurch, this is the place to stay. Book early, they do tend to sell out, I wonder why :)

Great location across from Hagley Park and near the Art museum. Smallish rooms, but well laid out and a good value for the reasonable price, which was appreciated. Easy free on site parking. Quiet. Good room service breakfast.
