No tv in the whole site, No drink making facilities in the room. The driveway needs to be cut back as the plants scratch the car as you drive in.

The whole place needs updating to the 21st century and the mattress/s are from the 1930's so when you sit down to get into bed, the springs hit the bottom with your bottom, very uncomfortable and the bedding is what a $20 backpacker would expect not someone paying $110.

The room was spacious with a full shower and toilet, even a tv was a plus. Kitchen was the real star of the show, I would have loved to have the time to cook there more. And the location is great, right next to a lovely cafe and a short walk from the main street.

Only saw it after we got there and read the 3 emails sent to us and the manager also told us. Room right next to the communal kitchen which we hadn't realised was the case. No kettle or fridge in the room. No bedside lamps and only one tiny side table. No hand towels or face cloths. Basically a hostel really. But I guess for $125 we can't expect much.

Backpacking couple- Location was perfect 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, room was very spacious everything we needed, towels provided. Recommend black rabbit pizza restaurant a few doors down and Coopers Catch Fish & Chips
