Perfect stay in this whimsical place, if you’re looking for peace of mind and a cute spot in the nature this is for you !! Bruce was very welcoming and we didn’t see much of him afterwards. The bathrooms were super clean, and the bed really comfy. Would recommend !!

The only thing I didn’t like was the communal bathrooms as opposed to one being in our room. They were exceptionally clean and inviting, just not as convenient in the middle of the night

A magical place. Wherever you look, everything is beautiful, every detail. From a practical and comfort perspective, everything has been thoughtfully considered. A charming setting, a fairytale garden. The nature of the North... And Teresa and Bruce... what can one say? Hospitality, warmth, good vibes. Thank you for everything!

- The bunk beds are inexplicably low. I slept on the bottom bunk and it was too low for me to sit up in bed. Getting in and out of bed was tricky; I kept bumping my head. It was difficult to pack my bag on the bed coz it was so low. - The location is extremely remote. The nearest supermarket is a 5-10 minute drive away and it closes at 6pm. The nearest restaurant that's open for dinner is in a town that's a 20-minute drive away.

This place was a gem of a find! It's a charming little cottage run by a very warm and friendly couple. There are apple trees all over the property and it's clear that the garden is well-tended. The shared kitchen is large and well-furnished. The shared bathroom is incredibly clean, possibly cleaner than my home. You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining the place and do their best to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

Location was beautiful. The grounds were angelic and perfect for my children to explore. Staff were exceptionally kind. There were plenty of board games to play and good wifi. Grabbed a coffee and carrot cake on our way out which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

The cabin was wonderful and the shared space including kitchen and bathrooms were fantastic. There was everything we needed and more. The location and the gardens around the property are all beautiful. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer!

We were initially hesitant to book at wisteria because of the shared bathrooms which we don’t normally like. We are so happy we booked at wisteria. What a special place. Our cottage was so beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and we never saw another guest. The shared kitchen was perfect. Clean, beautiful and well stocked. The gardens surrounding the three cottages are lovely and having breakfast on our deck, looking out into the garden was serene. We loved staying here!

Nothing, it was such a fun and homey property we would not change a thing.

Wonderful stay that just makes you feel as if you are at home. Bruce and Teresa are amazing hosts with the cottage (we stayed in Lavender Cottage) clean, well decorated and perfectly sized. The breakfast we had each morning was perfect and having a common room (kitchen and dining area) where our family (2 young kids) could cook and eat was fun and good chance to meet other travelers staying at other cottages.

Nothing - it’s great!

A fantastic little place run by a lovely couple. The cottages are beautiful little stand alone bedrooms, with your own fridge and sofa/tv (with Netflix helpfully already logged in). There are shared bathrooms and kitchens which are excellently stocked, and very clean and well taken care of. The owners were lovely, bringing me plums they had freshly picked. There’s a great little cafe on sight, great for breakfast in the morning.

The hosts were lovely and the room was extremely good value and extremely comfortable. The surrounds were very peaceful and the onsite cafe was delicious with fantastic coffee and very yummy cakes. I would really liked to have stayed longer if possible and hope to be back to this lesser known gem!
