Nice modern and clean hostel with comfy beds. 2 plugs plus usb a and usb c in each bed and a curtain for privacy. Sauna was an unexpected addition which was brillaint

- very small room without storage surfaces - high humidity in the room - ugly outlook from the room on the ground floor (garbage, mess) - too many guests for a small hotel

- nice common spaces (but many people) - free sauna (without rules - people go there in shorts and T -shirt) - Short distance to helicopters and city center

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and stayed that way the whole day. Toilet paper lying in the floor, dirty wet floor towels that were never replaced, dead bugs on the floor etc. Bit better in the kitchen, though have of the stove burners didn’t work.

I stayed in a two bunk dorm, which was set up very nice and comfortable. The woodboard gives you plenty of space for your things, a charger right next to your head and a curtain allows for privacy.

Tiny rooms. Stated there was a kettle but no kettle in room. Only 1 shower and toilet for the whole floor. Bathroom not the cleanest. Also required to strip beds Expensive for what you get..

It wasn‘t clean, value for money is completely off (especially compared to other accommodations), no AC and no mosquito nets (which explains all the squashed mosquitos on the walls), the beds have been uncomfortable and it was super noisy, you could really hear everything despite being in a two person bedroom.

The personal at the reception was super friendly and supportive.

Reception closed before check in period was over, which meant staff were not available when we arrived. No towels were provided and staff were very difficult when called to rent one, despite us not having an option to go to the reception.

Clean, right by the glacier, and the local supermarket and restaurants. In the dorm, each bed had a curtain the covered the entire bed, and the bed had a small shelf with a double PowerPoint and a small light.

Kitchen has 8 gas rings burners burners of which only 2 were working. Auto close doors on all the bedrooms make far too much noise when closing meaning all sleepers are disturbed when anyone uses a door on the same area of the building. Not enough car parking places. Limited selection of saucepans. Only large ones available. Not enough cutlery during busy periods.

Large communal kitchen and dining room was good. Shower facilities were good

Awesome place. Comfortable and privacy in your own bed with curtains so it doesn't look you are in a share room. I love it.

The property itself is amazing. The issue is with guests coming extremely late in the night and not respecting others in the room. If the hostel can’t put appropriate controls in place to manage this, the price should be significantly reduced. There’s no amount of money I’d pay for a shared room if there aren’t any controlled rules about noise after hours.
