No Breakfast was a disappointment especially for the price, giving this could have been reasonable. Pricey for the location. No kitchen too for a tourist home!

The location was very good, very close to the beach, not too far from the local markets, and lots to explore in the neighbourhoods. Amazing surroundings and peaceful. Kids loved the play area and not to miss the trampoline where even i jumped a little!

I didn't know there is breakfast. Location was so difficult due to occuring work for the whole road. So i had to come all the way off-road through a jungle or farms area from behind to get there.

We are a family of four (kids 5 & 1 years old). We drove from Muscat to Sohar and spent 3 nights here. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The family suite had a large living room and the whole place was very clean. It was nice that there are tables and seats under a shade in front of the house. The playground was the highlight for the kids. There are several restaurants (many are called coffee shops) nearby. In the evening, we went picknicking at the beach where the locals also went. I saw a sandwich stand which is open in the evening at the beach too. The atmosphere was really nice. Some mosquitoes came through the bathroom, so we kept the bathroom door closed.

Very good/ homely property in Sohar which is perfect if you are driving around Oman. Restaurants and grocery shops all available within 5-minute distance. The rooms are very big with big hallways and there is a big outdoor area to chill in the evenings. It's perfect for big groups, and big families with play area for kids.

- Bathroom is a bit weird where shower is all together with toilet and water sprinkles everywhere including toilet - AC has a weird smell like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time, probably requires a check

It's really amazing place to stay. We took the family suit and it's more than our expectations. Value for money and the reception guy is so friendly and cool. He is willing to help the guest. I would recommend this place better than the hotel. Because we feel this kind of house environment. Sitting area, kids playing area and chit chat huts are awesome

The air conditioner was right above the bed and there was no fan in the room. ACs should be on the opposite side of the bed. There was no proper circulation of cool air due to which it felt difficult to sleep because it was getting hot. Bathroom showers were leaking. They did not give toothbrush and toothpaste in toiletries.

Very green place. It's a little cooler than outside due to the trees. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is in the middle of Sohar city and Sohar Port. The price was very affordable.
