How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location is a bit far to walk... No public transportation and no market or restaurant around hotel.. But hotel has its own cafe and restaurant ..
Clean.. Comfortable.. Nice staff.. They kindly allowed early check in .. Bed is so nice .. Complimentary cofee and water every day.. Refrigerator is a good plus..

Not many shops around the property.
Very close to airport,7 minutes drive.Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was really good.

Dinner timing is a big drawback. As there restaurants closes at 10:30. One need to place order by 10pm. So Incase one have activities till later in the evening,can’t have the dinner in the restaurant.
Property is nicely located. Quickly accessible to all places. Staffs are helpful

Very slow internet. In this day and age, internet is a necessity specially if needed for work. This has to be improved as its important.

I think the location requires landscaping, maybe a few more plants. The hotel is not really located in a great area and there were no places to get food when I arrived - it's a short distance from the airport (though Talabat is available). I think the rooms need more decorations and some aesthetic touches to give it a warmer vibe. It's obvious the entrance and first impressions in the lobby are great, and one can see what they were going for. But that falls short upon going to the room, however putting some nice finishing touches would make the experience an 8 out of 10.
Breakfast was very good and Nini who worked both the breakfast and the coffe shop was especially nice and attentive to every detail of the morning menu, and helpful with the selections available. Nina was friendly and answered all of my queries and took time to make me feel welcome; the staff at reception on arrival and departure were quite friendly. Arranging a cab for the airport and allowing a later sign out were nice touches. The lobby and coffee shop were very nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a decent gym onsite as well. he bed was great, comfortable and very clean.

The chairs in the restaurant make an unpleasant sound when you move them. It would be a good idea to glue some pieces of felt under the legs of the chairs. You can't really keep the windows opened in the bedroom because it makes a weird hawling sound.
The place is close to the airport which was convenient because we arrived in the night. It's in a place full of new constructions, so there's nothing to do around. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. Good value for money.

The outside creates the wrong impression but once you are inside it has everything you need for the first or last night from the airport.
Excellent rooms. Clean and modern design. Supper shower and hot water. Staff were under pressure because the hotel was full but they were very polite and supportive to our needs. Well done team.

Perfect location just 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Ideal for a night stay if you're departing from Muscat in the morning. Great price, very friendly and accommodating staff.
