The facilities generally are starting to age, and could do with some refurbishment.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Pool area wonderful and private for relaxing. Hotel rooms generously sized. Beds are wonderful and comfortable. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. We had a great Thai style massage in the on-site Spa treatment rooms.

We asked to check in early as our flight was a few hours before standard check in time. We paid for a full extra day, which seemed like a lot as it was only a few hours. I understand it might be a policy, but maybe consider for travelers that just need a few extra hours.

Room was nice, good size. The staff was very helpful with assisting us in getting around in the city. Plenty of places to walk to close by. Nice hotel.

The hospitality extended by the front desk, especially by Miss Jannat, was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived. Moreover, the hotel's prime location in close proximity to excellent restaurants and malls made it incredibly convenient for me to explore and indulge in the local cuisine and shopping scene. The accessibility to such amenities added a great deal of value to my stay. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch as well. The clean gym, well-maintained garden, and spacious parking area all contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view that truly enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast could be a bit better as well as the staff service. I was expecting the bar to air the Euro Cup final but sadly they did not have subscription. Found that really strange !

Unfortunately, the Business lounge was closed due to maintenance which wasn't communicated very well at check-in. They actually mentioned the lounge would be open 10am to 10pm with Happy hour rom 6-8pm. Instead of a AC lounge we endured the heat and humidity of the outside bar(Lazy Lizard) until the second night when we found out by chance that there was an inside bar.

I will tell you about my impressions of my trip to this hotel. They stayed a bit of a twofer. Very nice staff, clean and comfortable bed. I have not been to breakfast, so I can't say. We were allowed to check out at 2pm which was very nice. But the location was inconvenient. We had to run across the road without a crosswalk to get to a street with stores or restaurants. On TV there were only channels in Arabic, which is understandable as this is an Arabic speaking country, but I wish in that case I had maybe a network to connect to netflix or something like that.... When it was time for bed and charging phones, I discovered a very interesting feature, the outlets don't work without the lights on. I thought they weren't working at all, so I went down to the front desk to have it fixed. The young man apologized and promised to fix the situation. Four minutes later the electrician was already in my room. But the sockets worked, as the light was on, so we thanked him and let him go. In general, the vacation was good, but very interesting features of the hotel
