The food in the bar was not good. Frozen pizza and cold nachos. So different to the lovely breakfast and lunch we had so not sure why its so different. Also the men in the bar were weird

The hotel has been around for a long time and despite what seems to be a relatively recent refurbishment, it does not manage to shake off its air from the '80's. Overall everything looks a bit tired. Despite the pictures, there is not really a garden and the hotel is now stuck between a flyover and a road. Convenient for business, not great for tourism

Conveniently located hotel with a good sized pool and multiple restaurants. The rooms are large and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable

Check-in and check-out take far too long due to credit card approval process, even when the booking was already secured by the same credit card. Not helped by shortage of staff at reception. Use cash!

the air conditioning in the meeting room - it was very hot ,, we tried to ask them to but it was the same it would be advised if they install / fix the projector on the ceiling to move around the room easily

-A Breakfast box consisted of 1 Tuna Sandwich and a croissant, which is a little bit poor. Especially if you think about the cost of 11 Rial for breakfast. - as a personal feeling, the time of bathtubs is over..

The hotel is located very central and easy accessible from highways. The staff was extraordinary friendly.

The duvet was a bit too thick, I had to have the air conditioner at 21 degrees to sleep comfortably in it.

hotel needs bit of a refreshement. also dont take the pool view room (which they charge more) since you will be forced to listen to the noisy bar with live music by the pool side ‐ despite having soundproof windows ‐ until it closes around 3am.

the place is great however if you plan to stay there with your family try to avoid the shops across the street from the hotel as it seems to be an area known and frequented by "night workers" It was quite an unpleasant surprise having to explain the waving lady to my wife and kid in the car as I had foreign plates on my car.

The hotel is great, plenty of hotel parking up front although not covered however it was secured, plenty of resturants and shops around in the area, allot of facilities in the hotel such as pool, and gym, the place was very quite, comfortable, well located and over all loved my stay.

The strong odour of the toilet in our room

Very loud music around the pool on Thursday and Friday evening. It was very disturbing. In the evening it was starting to look like a place where men look for (Asian) women and visa versa. Not at all what we where expecting from our last days in Oman. Wish we knew this before.

The lamps were all on in the room and with the many light switches, it was not clear how to turn them on or off efficiantely.

There was nothing I didn’t like, the food was excellent, staff were friendly and professional, and the room was well presented.

The hotel is an older building but very charming. the usual Radisson high standards of hospitality are evident throughout and it’s clear the GM Michael runs a tight ship!

Some facilities are worn out e.g. the shower head, some screws etc. This should not be at a hotel like that.

Trevor was very friendly, he gave an upgrade, thanks a lot. It was also very clean in the room. The coffee and tea station in the room was good and the complementary water every day.
