Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomFor the price paid the hotel is in poor condition and needs a revamp. Too many staff in reception swapping and changing, ordered breakfast box for 6am on day of checkout, it never came (even on the day we asked again) and was asked for 3 times. Swimming lessons going on in the pool - very loud and basically take up most of the swimming pool. Had to ask multiple times for extra towel etc due to not being enough. Lots of waiting around for things to be sorted. For the price paid this was shocking service and very poor stay.
The size of the room was good and the amenities are good. Smokey blues restaurant is lovely, staff excellent and food.

United KingdomAt first Normally in every hotels have bellboy to show the guests their room and help them with their suitcases But here they just gave us the room key and told us to go to forth flor and no-one was there at all Usually every day the clean our room after 2 pm and it was not good at all because it was too late And the breakfast Was the worst The quality was not good at all and it wasn't that much choices to choose from totally it wasn't a 4 star hotel in reality In the best look it had to be 3 star But I paid for a 4 star hotel Im actually so mad at booking.com because it didn't show the bad comments about the hotel and i think the comments about this hotel were fake because they weren't right at all This stay thought me to don't trust booking.com comments Im so mad because it wasn't the hotel that I recommended from a 4 star hotel with this score in booking.com Please follow up!!!

It appears that I have inadvertently made a double booking for the same hotel and dates. Upon reviewing my booking application, I noticed that there are two separate bookings with distinct confirmation numbers for the same hotel and dates. However, I only received one email confirmation with a single confirmation number in my inbox. To further complicate matters, one of the bookings was charged to my credit card immediately, even before my check-in, while the other payment was processed at the property upon arrival. As a loyal and frequent customer of booking.com, I typically opt for the payment at the property option, and I am surprised by this discrepancy. IrelandThe hotel is extremely run down. Breakfast was displayed with all the cheapest ingredients possible. Rooms are tired and dusty. I was most upset when I requested a cab and was 'assured' by Osama on reception who organised the 'taxi' that the price of 8 omani Riyals was a normal fee to go to a hotel only 15 mins away for a meeting. Omar was a local also. I find that the fee was in fact almost 4 times the amount ($20 instead of $6) than if I had walked to the hotel exit and caught a cab. It was a company charge, but I warned both Omar and the female colleague with him that if I discovered this fare was in fact not fair, I would be letting Radisson know out of principle and to protect future guests. The driver also didn't take cards so I had the extra hassle and embarrassment of asking my meeting person to settle the cab bill. Not on Radisson.
The price is obviously the driver here. Not much else.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast was good but almost the same everyday. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 persons for 3 nights initially. Since we had a change of plans, on the first night, we checked with the hotel staff at the reception about booking a room for the 4th night for 3 persons. They confirmed that a triple room would be available and informed us to book it on the day when we were supposed to check out. We specifically informed them that we needed a room with 3 beds for that additional night. When that day arrived, the staff at the reception was a bit confused and kept asking us who confirmed the room’s available to us. When we relayed all the information, they informed us that the room was available and we paid for it. We informed them to move our luggage once it’s ready as we were going out. Later in the evening after we came back, we saw that the room had only 2 beds. We called the reception and asked about the third bed as the other two beds in the room would fit only a person each. We were very shocked and annoyed by the response we got from them then. They informed us that the third bed is not available and told us that the only thing they could do for us is to give us some extra blankets. We asked him what he expected us to do with it. What he was indirectly telling us was to use the additional blanket as a bed on the floor for the third person. It was so unprofessional and we didn’t expect it from such a big hotel chain. We were so frustrated by their response both the times we called them so we went down to the reception and spoke again. Finally, after waiting for some time, they arranged the additional bed from somewhere. If they could have gotten this earlier without putting us through all that frustration, we would have been satisfied. This ruined our whole experience there.

I would recommend that he become more relaxed when talking to costumers. Other staff was very professional

United KingdomNothing the Radisson can do about, but I didn’t like that you couldn’t walk anywhere without risking your life. I was terrified watching my niece cross the road! I might contact the Omani government to ask them to install some pedestrian crossings.
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was great as it is next door to my niece’s language school. I liked the buffet breakfast, although I think you need 2 coffee machines. I really liked the relaxing pool area as it had plenty of seats with shade. I also I slept well even though my room had a view of the pool and the freeway…..I was pleasantly surprised that noise wasn’t a problem.
