Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A big shout out to Salim at The Lazy Lizard (always smiling, always obliging) & Amrit for maintaining cleanliness of room. Shukran! If you want to explore Muscat, then you aren't too far away from the sights, provided you have own transport or use oTaxi. Loved the pool, just the tonic (!) & the hearty breakfast will set you up for the day. 👍😊🤠

Omanwell, need to enhance your staff skills in dealing with the guests and how making them leave your hotel satisfied. The stay was great but while I’m doing check-out, unfortunately the Omani girl receptionist haven’t any communication skills which really bad for a hotel like this! she doesn’t treat you with respect and she arguing with you like she is in a fight. However the Omani Man receptionist in night shift was very helpful.

OmanEntry into rooms were difficult locks were jammed, informed the receptionist send technician but still locks were jammed asked to change the room but trying to give the same room, I am telling you about rooms 202 and 204 Then after insisting and revealing my identity he agreed to give 302 and 304 They were better rooms! This attitude is not acceptable you can at least change the torn curtains we expect clean room in Raddison Even though it’s an old property , can be maintained

From the moment we walked into reception, the staff could not have been more helpful. Free room upgrade without even asking. staff at the outside bar were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was amazing - egg chef prepared me poached eggs - done to perfection. Another small thing where price of alcohol in alot of the hotels in oman are extremely high -some of the special offers the Radisson provided were extremely well priced - excellent!!!!
