The single bed was not the most comfortable and the bathwater was not quite hot enough.

Phenomenal views out across the valley below. Stunning infinity pool. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Getting to dinner just before sunset was magical as you enjoyed the views of the mountains saturated in golden light before the valley floor was transformed into sparkling jewels as the city lights glistened in the night mirrored by the clear starlight skies above. Not much of shaded area to escape the mid-day heat (except for staying within the room or restaurant area and enjoying the view). However, temperatures drop at around sunset and makes it very comfortable and enjoyable to be in the open (visited in April).

Amazing view & sunset! quiet and laid-back. Very friendly staff and smooth check-in. Received a free room upgrade and discount on meals. Nothing to worry about the drive if you are in a 4X4. Possible in a car but not recommended.

I love that the property was perched on the mountain and the calmness of the place. Hiking activities are easily accessible, and after the hike, you can jump into the pool to view Al Hamra village. I stayed in this place twice already in one month.

The name is the program! Amazing location in the middle of the mountains! We had a cabin in the very first row, so the view was absolutely stunning! For dinner they are serving a 5 course menu where you can choose between different kinds of soup/salad/main dishes and dessert. Only the temperature of the water in the pool was a little too cold for us.

Very expensive. I mean very. I opted for the shuttle service from down the hill even though I had a 4x4 vehicle because of certain reviews I read about how difficult it can be to go up. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT AT ALL, save yourself 70 dollars for a 15min ride (!), you really just need a 4x4 vehicle but the road is large, large enough to cross path with another vehicle without having to do anything special, I was expecting a wall at your right and a chasm/precipice on your left but nothing (see my pics). Anyway that made me regret a bit my stay there, with the price of the room they should have a free or at least cheap shuttle service for that 15-20min ride

The view is incredible, the hotel's name is not a catch. Everything seems pretty new and well treated. The breakfast was nice and included in the price I paid. I'm not into tourist chit-chat and the place wasn't overcrowded at the time of visit, very calm. +1 for the bathtub, you can have a bath with the incredible view of the city by night or in the morning sunrise! Finally, the pool is just breathtaking, because of the view... but also because of the temperature 🥶. Don't forget you'll be in the mountains so is a bit colder than downstairs so the pool is... very refreshing. It wasn't a real problem, that said, it would be incredible if the pool was heated in the colder months.

The double bed that I had were two single beds put together. The floor was not carpeted, vinyl, or tiled.

The location is excellent if you are looking for quiet, away from city life. You can hike pretty much anywhere from the hotel.

The room felt a bit basic for the price. There was no hairdryer and the water pressure in the shower was poor at peak times. The dining room was very cramped, with little space between the tables, not ideal for a buffet.

The view was exceptional. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. There was a good choice at the buffet dinner. The last 12kms of the road to access the property is very rough, so you really need a 4 wheel drive.

Location is truly worth the drive (2WD do-able, be patient nd know your car!, 4WD is much easier!!) Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious.. and the view was stunning!! Food was good, too (miced cuisine I would say)

The hotel is located spectacular. The only suggestion is that the water in the pool should be heated in the winter. Especially at this price point. At the beginning of February, it was painful to get in. The next night, we stayed in a hotel in the middle of the desert, and they managed to have a heated pool

The room windows stretch from floor to ceiling, which is awesome, but they are unfortunately not 100% transparent. Somehow a bit foggy, which is sad. It doesn’t in any way ruin the view, but it could be even better

The view is amazing, both from pool, restaurant and our room. The sunrise fills your room completely with a warm orange glow…magical. The sun sets behind the mountains which is equally stunning. The restaurant staff were amazing. Always cheerful and exceptionally attentative

Little to do around the hotel - so for me 'The View' is a place for one day/night: enjoy dinner, swimming pool, the views. Having said this - the place is a bit of must-check-out if it's on your route. Views are truly stunning.

The view from 'The View' is stunning! Facilities are all right, clean, spacious, toilet/shower all right. Breakfast was very good. Not much to do around the hotel, but hanging around on the patio, enjoying the views with a cup of tea is great enough. We didn't try the swimming pool as we arrived quite late.

The rooms lack ambiance. Only bright white lights (like a typical restaurant in Asia) light the room. Ugly (and worn out) roller blinds do not add to a romantic view. Despite the super view, you need to close them to avoid other people looking at you when taking a bath (unless you have a pod at the first row).

The view is spectacular and all pods (rooms) are well situated.

The room, the food. I would recommend to the owner to renovate with quality materials and to significantly improve the food, in the current state, the price is not worth it.

Cleaning and maintenance… the room was dirty. We had stains on the toilet, hair on the floor, a hand mark (hopefully not blood) on the door. Even after they cleaned again, it was not clean as such. They also need to work on maintenance… shower calc’d up, toilet leaking, AC heating doesn’t work.

Amazing location, the view is splendid!! Rooms are spacious, good amenities. The pool is breathtaking and service is super friendly. Food is decent variety, the fresh grill is a nice touch for dinner. You need a 4x4 to get up, but the route is cool
