Plumbing: in two occasions we experienced trouble with malfunctions in the toilet and the washing hand station. Knobs are too tight and water do not stop and you can hear drip all night long.

Breakfast was good and also dinner. Location is excellent to take taxis and the Metro system. Also to walk around the Cinta Costera.

Rooms and furniture are not the newest but it was fine for me :)

So on Priceline said that they book tours but I did not see any kind of tours available so I’m not quite sure if you could even plan anything just on the spot so book your own. I asked for a cab but they didn’t have the number for it, which is no big deal cab drivers are every where. The other thing I didn’t like was the location, which has to do with my preferences, but there weren’t too many places to go eat around here. And at night it gets a little shady like I saw prostitutes and homeless around so stick to exploring during daytime.

I liked that the hotel had a pool and a restaurant so if you don’t feel like doing much it’s a great spot to just chill. The rooms were clean, had a tv, and there was air condition. It’s also near the loteria train station, legit less than 5 minute walk. El machetazo is also like a 5 minute walk that’s a store that has everything from groceries to clothes to toys.

The windows are not closing well. The hairdryer is a mess.

The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

The parking spots are very limited and small. One bad maneuver and you end up scratching your car or damaging other vehicles.

Room was Clean and it is very centric, close to Casco Viejo and you the Metro station is steps away.

I saw a cockroach, the pillows were extremely hard, and the AC wasn't working well

We found in the shower the metallic cover in the floor, was bended and has a pointed part up almost cutting my wife feet. Need to take measures with your maintenance people.

Room security was decidedly poor: 1. Unable to lock the sliding windows and as there was a wide ledge outside along the building, presumably for aircon units, this is a security risk. 2. Another guest opened my door during the early evening with a keycard. Luckily I was inside at the time. A mistake or malintent? Who knows. Either way this was decidedly dodgy. It seems the building as a whole was in need of investment and upgrading. Could be really good with better management/investment.

hotel does well with what they offer.

pictures of the property are grossly misleading. This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The pool is misrepresented and pictures taken in a way to make it look big. This is aprox. 10 x 10 feet size pool.

The room had almost nothing but 4 walls and a bed. Not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel. The grout was black everywhere and the floor wasn't clean (walking barefoot, dirt kept sticking to my feet) The shower set up was weird to say the least and there was no lighting so almost like showering in the dark. (Whatever little light came through the shower door). Feel like I paid for the roof views but the room was really not worth it.

The bed was clean, the roof area and pool are the highlight and match the photos.
