Location is great and if you are arriving by boat (as we were coming from meetings in Almirante) it has its own jetty so no need to drag bags from the ferry stop. Relaxed atmosphere and nice views from the restaurant/bar area,.~ A short taxi ride to Bocas airport. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and attentive staff. Loved the free equipment rentals like bikes, paddles, and kayaks. I would have liked to see more bike sizes for smaller women available since biking around the island is very useful.

The location was perfect. We were near a bunch of restaurants and island tours, and everything was walkable. The view from the hotel restaurant was beautiful and the food was great. Loved the room too!

We loved everything!

We liked everything. The Hotel has a great restaurant and a dock with many lounging chairs that you can soak up the sun. We later out on the dock our first day after traveling and played on the SUPs that were available for guests. We even snorkeled around the hotels dock with their complimentary snorkel and masks. We were close to the town which had other restaurants and were able to book different tours and find ATV rentals. The hotel staff were so friendly also! Francois, our bartender most nights, was so kind and chatted with us during happy hour!! Our room was perfect! AC worked so well and so did the large fan in the room. We always had glass bottles of water when we asked for it as well! We lived this boutique hotel!!!!!

Nothing to say!

I was a little hesitant about the town (reputation party town) and the hotel (a week before our stay another family said they couldn't sleep and checked out early); but I have to say our stay was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and we found the 4 nights the most quiet of our month long trip. The staff are above and beyond friendly and helpful, we didn't have one bad experience and spoke with at least 12 employees. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast so much we ate dinner there twice and enjoyed everything. The location made visiting other islands super easy and affordable. We met a tour guide Eduardo who hooked us up with some really incredible trips and gave us VIP treatment. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing perfect combination of hotel restaurant and dive shop.

Excellent location with diving within minutes of the hotel. Attentive staff taking care of many requests and last minute needs. Food was excellent for all sittings breakfast lunch and dinner.

We had a lovely few days at Divers' Paradise and would heartily recommend it to anyone staying in Bocas. The room was well appointed and clean. Location excellent (5-10m walk from the water taxi stop, 10m to the main strip, 15m walk to the airport). Great food and service at the restaurant. Sadly didn't have time to dive, but they seemed very well managed (staff, equipment, etc) and I hope to dive with them in the future.

I stayed only for one night on my way to Ankay Conservation on Solarte Island, but, after several nights in sometimes much more basic conditions, I enjoyed it very much to spend a night in a large and comfortable room with just everything there, with a balcony overlooking Bocas town, in a nice hotel having a good restaurant with a terrace over the ocean ... So if you look for a nice and comfortable hotel in Bocas town with friendly staff and a good diveshop just downstairs and if you are prepared to pay a regular price for that, this probably is by far the best place you can find. (In Panama City and some other touristic hot spots of the country it's easy to encounter less value for more money.)

Orders at the restaurant can not be booked to your room. Very poor noise isolation of the rooms. Tables outside the dining area are wet in the morning, no shade all day.

No minibar in the room The sink tap leaked heavily and disturbed my sleep, even when we complained about it at the reception, nobody cared to fix it. Free bicycles are provided which is great, but the chain on my bicycle kept falling off

More substantial food portions. Everything else was great.

This is a very nice place and away from the noise, but still quite close to where the boat comes in--maybe a ten minute walk. Bed was comfortable, room was comfortable. Air conditionning was good. Wifi worked well. 10% discount on breakfast which was not substantial, but made it comparable to restaurant outside, but very nice setting .Staff were super friendly and kind. Especially the women at the front desk, I was there a while ago so cannot remember their names unfortunately. It felt a bit luxorious, actually.

Firstly, the painful instrumental music playing in reception that carried through the hotel and into the rooms. I believe this continued from 7.30am-10pm. Also, you are encouraged to relax on the back decking overlooking the water on sunloungers, although there is a generator running continuously from the dive centre attached, making this impossible. It is also worth mentioning, but it isn't a fault of the hotel. All of the main centre of Bocas is in upheaval due to every road being dug up and replaced. This means there are trucks, diggers, and numerous bits of large equipment running on every corner, including directly outside the hotel and the balconies. Overall, the experience isn't PARADISE as hoped and believed.

The overall hotel was inviting and clean throughout. The rooms were again clean and comfortable. The dining area overlooking the water was pleasant, the food very good, especially the breakfast and the staff were attentive and friendly. The offer of free unlimited water, tea & coffee and the use of paddleboards and bikes was a nice bonus.

Most of the staff were really helpful and super friendly but one or two made us feel uncomfortable if we asked a lot of questions or asked for water refills… not a big thing but could be taken on board.. wouldn’t put me off staying again

The breakfast is not buffet but you can select one from 5 to 6 choices. All foods are well cooked and delicious. If you take breakfast then you can have full day free tea, coffee and orange juice. This is very good especially you finished whole day tour and back to hotel

Good location with Dive shop right there, but away from the center of Bocas town. However, easy walk to the main areas, so th is was not a major issue.

There's a room perfume dispenser high above the room entry, the kind that makes a spraying noise several times an hour. It kept waking us up during the night. The silly thing was, we could detect no fragrance so it basically had run out of it but unfortunately, the battery kept trying to spray. You should not use these devices in a hotel, or at least it should be in a place where a Guest can switch it off if they find the noise and/or the perfume disturbing. The other issue is, there was no minibar / fridge. In a hotel of this level and price that would be a must, especially in a tropical hot climate. This means no way of getting a glass of cold water during the night or early in the morning. Not a fatal issue for a brief stay like ours but we would find it problematic over a longer stay.

We chose this hotel for the location. We only had a quick one-night stay on our way to Panama City and wanted to be within easy walking distance of the airport. From a previous visit, we knew that the central part of Bocas Town can be rather noisy at night so we chose not to be right at the heart of it. And it was a good choice, we were not disturbed by bar noise or loud music, and we walked to the airport in about 10 minutes. Beautiful sea view from our room's balcony as well as the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned, the room was super-clean.
