Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very good value for money and centrally located. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the restaurant served amazing breakfast and dinner options with good portion sizes at extremely competitive prices. I choose just the room option. I had a good quality breakfast daily which kept me going throughout most of the day. Pool was clean and not busy

United KingdomThe hotel needs upgrading as the fixtures are old and newer beds would make a difference.
The hotel is comfortable and located in a prime location in the city. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Facilities need upgrading, however, the rooms are spacious, the layout is great but it needs renewing as the fixtures in the room are old, but very clean. Overall a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet is very good too.
