Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PanamaI specifically chose the hotel because of the advertised fact that they had a bathtub in the room. When we ran the bath shortly after check-in, there was no water. Reported to reception who were in no hurry to help. Promised to have it fixed in the morning. It wasn't fixed. Checked out without having had a hot bath.
The hotel itself is lovely.

FinlandThe room smelled very bad, moist and moldy, everytime we entered, it seemed worse. There's a bath tub but you can't use it because there's no plug. The key cards didn't always work, and one of the elevators never worked with the key, also happened to others.
Good location, nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and helpful.

PanamaI spent there 2 nights. On the first night i felt very badly because of the airconditioning. I couldn't breathe well because the air coming from the airconditioning was very bad. I stopped immediately. And did not use it at the rest of my stay. But when i came home i got very ill. From that time i am ill i have high fever. And about a week i am ill Please make maintenance of room 412!!! In this month i go there 2 more times. But i am not willing to go to room 412

NetherlandsIf you want hot/warm Water for shower you need the keep the water running first for 4-5 min till u get it, Old TV , and pillows are not comfortable the hotel itself need renovations and to get painted for outside. Room service can be beter. Breakfast buffet is reasonable but can also be better.
Very good Location and the view from the Window is amazing , easy access to Bus station and 12 min walk to Metro Station , the swimming pool is nice and clean, wifi was good. Room size is big , ice cold water with fruits for free by the reception everyday. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

BelgiumThe number of towels per person is just one. No foot towels for the shower. No towel for the swimmimg pool was provided. The sink and bathtub were clogged. Several lights at the room were not working. The room was extremely humid. My bikinis didn´t dry in 3 days. The sauna was not working. The breakfast is quite basic, not very good quality... just ok. The personnel at reception were neither friendly nor helpful. I had to ask about the breakfast, the pool and gym myself. They don´t even try to orientate you. They seem just not to care at all about the clients.
The location of the hotel is very good, safe area and not far from the Casco Viejo. There are shops and restaurants just in front of the hotel. The swimmimg pool area is very nice. The room was functional and clean.

AustraliaThe building was out dated. The room is too dark with little lighting. The plumbing didn't work (for example the faucet in my bathroom). The advertised sauna / spa hasn't been functioning in a long time and are used as storage areas for broken gym equipment. The much of the gym equipment isn't functioning.
Breakfast was ordinary and the same each day, however it was sufficient and tasty. The staff were helpful. The property was reasonably secure.

ChileThe hotel seems to have a charming old-world charm, reminiscent of its luxurious past. Nevertheless, it could benefit from some maintenance as we noticed dirty carpets and old safes that barely worked.
We had a spacious room and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location was superb. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the internet connection was reliable. The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful.
