No tea or coffee making facilities., no coat hangers,no hair dryer in room, no restaurants or cafes nearby so reliant on in house restaurant , pool not cleaned

Large room with big balcony that had comfortable seating. Quiet with blockout blinds. Two double beds. Great shower. Small fridge in the room.supplied two bottles of water daily. Large pool with deck lounges and good pool towels available. Restaurant staff very helpful

There is nothing interesting in the surrounding area, but if you need to be in Santiago, its a great hotel. Most staff did not speak English, but I didn't expect them to. Google translate worked well.

Very nice and clean hotel in a not-so interesting town. But if you need to be in Santiago, this is a great choice. Clean room, daily breakfast and lovely pool.

I didn't spend too much time at the hotel to have complaints.

My stay at Gran David was amazing. They had free breakfast and it was a full breakfast with different plating options that was able to be delivered to my room directly. The room was big and perfectly clean, with nice air conditioning to help combat the humidity. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it is a big pool that's in the center of the hotel.

The parking lot area underground have a ramp very steep don’t suitable to allow sedan cars get into.

The wifi was non-existent in the first room we were given, but the staff were nice enough to move us to a room closer t the wifi access point, which helped some.

The room was easily accessible off of the main highway, and had a good restaurant onsite. The dinner and the included breakfast were very good! The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower.

A great place to stay when traveling through Santiago. Always clean, consistent good service, and a beautiful building. Nice restaurant and beautiful gardens.

The bed was nice

The AC Washington noisy and the toilet was clogged. The swimmig pool was fealthy.

Way too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast was not really good. Hotel overall is super noisy. Stuff that works there not really friendly. Was hard to find a smile in their faces. And it was super annoying that if you ate outside that always the cats came to your table, starring at you and waiting for food.

Dinner a la carte was really delicious.

maybe some landscaping to block the view of the industry next door then one would be more focused on the pool area. With a little imagination and some good design and eye for detail some with a little bit of money could make this hotel a real gem To a visitor Santiago sounds so glamorous but the hotel grand David is lacking of grandeza Good luck

we did not know there was breakfast, room was clean and efficient but lack any kind of imagination. as far as the pool goes, It wasn't particularity inviting

THE NOISE. Our room was wonderful. EXCEPT it was directly adjacent to the outside seating for the bar. People were speaking loudly all afternoon, all night, and first thing in the morning. It was horrible. Then there were the service carts going by, the staff greeting each other, and the staff getting ice from the ice machine. This was the LOUDEST place I have ever stayed. Breakfast included was a joke. The facility was so understaffed you could not get any service. One of the three of us dining receive his food. An alleged breakfast croissant. It was cold. The cheese was not even melted. Getting coffee was beyond expectations. So sad, and sorry.

The pool was great. Dinner at the "so-called" restaurant which was quite a "hike" away, yet part of the facility was EXCELLENT. Food and service.
