United StatesThe restaurant was never open, and the pool bar was open at seemingly random times. But the worst part overall of this place is the LOCATION!!!!! Do more Research than me…this part of Panamá city is NOT a good or safe place to be. Had two separate cab drivers tell me not to go out at night, but when there’s no restaurant in the hotel, you kind of have to…the surrounding area is very run down and crime ridden. There is trash everywhere and prostitutes on the corner next to the hotel. The rooms have bugs and you can’t control your own AC. Room quality is not very good. Only one staff member was helpful out of the 4-5 we dealt with.
The rooftop pool and bar (when open) is actually cool. The ONLY highlight of this hotel.

AustraliaRoom was advertised as $109 but cost💲 $129 There room was spartan to say the least - no towels, a sink with plates sitting in it but oddly no cupboards or drawer. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom (the new shower leaked) but that was absolutely it. No breakfast as the restaurant was shut. Our only conclusion is that it was very bad workmanship in a new room that hasn’t been finished.

Your evening staff has zero customer service. I saw a male white staff hanging inside the main floor bar. He sees me waiting for service, and just up and leaves. I walked over to the reception desk and asked for a fork, and was told there wasn't any and how I should go to the 16th floor and ask for one there lol. You have a full kitchen on the main floor. Anyway, I go to the 16th floor, and there was non there.

CanadaMaid serviced the room only once or twice a week. No bottled water provided. No face cloths. No cups or drinking glasses. Pool is nice but small, and music played way too loud. Outside fire door always open. Very limited dining options in the vicinity.

The wifi was not working in one room and in another was on and off. Location not good, not very safe, we saw prostitute in front of hotel.

PolandFrom photos the hotel looks nice but in reality no. The location has an excellent view of the bay if your room is high enough. Although the neighborhood feels rough we didn't have issues. The roof top pool is very pretty but during our stay the bar wasn't in service and guests left lots of trash from outside food and drinks. The hotel staff needs to put more attention to detail. Wifi was horrible on 8th floor where we stayed so it was impossible to work as planned. We thought that was going to be a good hotel option on our 3week trip but we stayed only 2 nights and found better options for price and services.
From photos we thought the pool and view would be special. The room was decent size with simple furniture.

PanamaI reserved a bedroom that supposed to be 290cuft and have a king bed and was given a smaller room with a queen bed, bathroom shower was missing a door so all the water splashed out bathroom was not cleaned well there were left overs from.last guest such as used soap and shampoo. Asked for an extra pillow and they did not help.

CanadaI don’t know how this hotel has four stars This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed after I checked in. my room has nothing no towels no pillows I had to ask couple times for pillows, towels and the room has a funny smell, I would definitely stay somewhere else next time I come back.
People who work there are nice. And the rooftop pool has amazing view.

United StatesThe restaurant was closed. When we got to our room the smell of mold was so overwhelming we couldn't breath. We have reasonable expectations when traveling knowing that everything won't be perfect but the smell was unbearable. We stayed in the room long enough to find another place to stay. The staff was so kind and tried to offer us another room but we said no thank you.
The staff was extremely accommodating and kind when we said we couldn't stay there. They refunded us our money without us even asking.

United StatesThe hotel was rated 4 stars but it was a disaster. INTERNET I had to work from Panama and the Internet in the rooms was not working to even load pages, they let me switch the room but it was even worse. Even in the lobby, it dropped but it was so loud with reggaeton music and guests, the Internet dropping for minutes at times that I could not work well. The staff explained my room had bad Internet because the building was so high. No action was taken from them. ROOMS During 7 nights the room was only made up 3 times, even though we requested it every day and reminded them. The lobby had no fresh towels, all towels left in the room already had stains on them from make-up. The beds were good but so small that the two queen beds were pushed together. The sink in the bathroom was not waterproof and all water just went on the floor. only one towel per guest, no extras. GYM/POOL Both were so dirty, that I did not want to use them. When I first went to the gym it was closed. CAFE LOBBY/BAR ROOFTOP The Cafe in the lobby was closed, and the hotel did not offer water nor coffee - I assume Covid restrictions that I did not see in other hotels BUT the rooftop bar was open until 4 am with loud music and people running in the hallways - the staff pretended they did not know. We could hear it 6 floors down. The public bathrooms in the hotel were not cleaned for days, no towels, no liquid soap, only an old bar soap during Covid. STAFF The staff was nice but did not act to make the situation better, I asked for the manager but there was none. I felt it was ridiculous that they did not even have water or towels. The Internet was the hardest thing and they just shrugged. I complained to booking.com but they said the hotel did not respond, so I did not get a refund. I would have switched hotels, but on such short notice, all other hotels were twice the price from when I booked. The entire hotel was dirty and I regret having booked a room here unfortunately.
The distance to the old town was good, but the area of the hotel had no places to go, trash was scattered on the ground and it stank. The lobby looked nice but was dirty.
