I wished I had waited a few more hours until the actual check-in because I paid for 2 places to sleep one night. I didn't like that I wasn't notified of the heavy drilling that took place next to my room that started as soon as the day begun; the receptionist could have at least offered me a real night's stay for the inconvenience. I wished this place offered a kitchenette because the location was great for being in the city's center. I didn't like the dusty dirty carpet in the elevator. You should consider removing it altogether - it holds smells and harmful bacteria.

I arrived at 5am on January 21, and I got a later checkout that same day at 2pm. My room was clean and comfortable with TV, ac, desk, drawers, and a closet. I liked my view of the city.

The room shows wear in some places with tile nicks and such but the beds were nice, the ac worked very well, the cleaning person kept the room nice and the bathroom very clean. We would stay here again at that price and level of service.

There is a very nice and reasonably priced bar/resturant open from breakfast till late evening and the food was very good. It added to the hotel stay.

It's not clean at all. There are mods in every corner, the bathroom does seem to be cleaned only with water... At least bed sheets were OK.

Location is fine, close to metro station as well as to bus stop. The pool on upper floor is refreshing and it's clean around. The receptionists are nice and you can leave there your luggage eg. when you check out and want to go to the city before you leave to airport.

Only stayed here to use the pool area, but was'nt calm enough for me, because of groups living there. Reception doesn't matter to be polite, & not my favourite checkin experience...seems like good cop/bad cop situation...night staff has very gloomy disposition, although maintenance & cleaning lady seem good

Swimming pool area was the best aspect, but it was full of people every day/night. The cleaning & bed sheets are good & bathroom is a little tight was ok with hot water Cafe/snacks at hotel restaurant is relaxing

The problem is you never feel welcome because the desk people have a face that means dont bother me no smile no welcome just dont bother me im in a position of power and you are under me. Really bad customer service

The rooms are very simple and very dated. No two rooms are the same. Some rooms don't have closets, some don't have desks. Wi-Fi never seemed to work, except maybe in the restaurant. For my wife and I, it was fine. We spent our days all over the city and just came back to the hotel to sleep. No bells, no whistles, no extras, but the bed was comfortable and the AC in our room worked great.

Staff was very helpful, and friendly (to us anyway). The restaurant had tasty, authentic local cuisine. The chuletas and patacones were especially good. Enclosed parking was convenient and safe. Great view of palms and greenery from our window. Two convenience stores right across the street. The rates are very affordable, especially if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night. Early check-in available, as well as late check-out. Guests appear to be mostly locals who know a good deal when they see it. Front desk said they're usually full.

when you enter the room you could smell cigarette smoke like the last person to stayed in that room light one and it was absorb by the curtains.

My air conditioner was a bit noisy, but it was perfectly functional. I just battled to sleep with it.

This is a great hotel. Loved how convenient it was. Taxis pass it, the bus stop is a mere few meters away and the Metro (Iglisias del Carmen) is a 2 minute walk. The area is safe to walk in at night too. I ate at the hotel restaurant and it is good value for money. The bar is very comfortable and I enjoyed watching the football world cup on their large tv. There is enough parking too. The pool on the roof is nice! Most amazing views from there. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Even offered me a shuttle upon checkput. There is a vending machine in the lobby available 24 hours a day and the prices were reasonable. The tv comes with basic cable that has English and Spanish options, not bad at all.
