Facilities were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I forgot my towel and bathing suit before moving to another location, when I returned the staffed had washed and dried them for me. Big thanks to the staff!

Separate bedroom and big lounge with 2nd bed. Good facilities - fridge, tea and coffee and water cooler outside at the passage. Located at the end of the street so it was quiet and removed from the blaring noise from the many competing restaurants and establishments a hundred meters away. Well stocked deli next door. Within easy walking distance to the many restuarants and coffe houses.

The location in just perfect! You are 3 minuted walk from town, restaurants, and everything bocas has to offer. But it is very quite at Palmar Royale. The room was huge! And clean. With an amazing sea view! It has coffee, and a fridge inside. Was super comfortable. Will def come back. It is not the place to connect with other travelers, but is lovely.

Initially we were given a room that we thought had a musty smell that may have just needed to be aired out more. We were offered a different room that was an improvement.

Only place in town with an elevator which was awesome because we were on the 4th floor and had heavy luggage. Great views from our private balcony. Excellent breakfast included at Buena Vista restaurant. Good location being kitty corner from the ferry and away from most of the noise at the center of town.

There is street construction around the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The luxury suites on the top floor have a wonderful view, lots of space and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and offer good suggestions.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the main road where it is located is a construction mess and apparently has been for years. It would make the stay better if the town fixed it.

The staff was very kind and very helpful, especially since the weather was not great when I visited. AC worked wonderfully, and everything was very clean. Bonus was having a fridge in my room. Breakfast was very good, and only a short walk away.

Perfect hotel for decent stay at Bocas

Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the bed sheets were really soft. Location was good and it's right in front of a tour boat company so you don't have to walk far for the tours around Bocas. Breakfast was at the Bella visita restaurante which was all delicious.

Close to town but enough distance from the hustle & bustle. Reception staff were friendly & easy to converse with. Breakfast was phenomenal, room was pleasant & spacious, bathroom not over the top but classic. I would most certainly come back

Unfortunately when I stayed there was no hot water in my room so that was a bummer.

The location was superb. There is a dock directly in front of the hotel and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff is very nice and professional and they kept rooms pretty clean. They have great amenities and are very helpful with your needs ensuring you have a nice stay.

There weren't many negatives from our perspective.

The staff were friendly. We had breakfast included which as at the Buena Vista Restaurant just down the street. The breakfast options were good. We booked 2 nights in the Deluxe Queen Suite as it was myself, partner, toddler, and mother. The beds were comfy and the view of the water was nice. The hotel is situated on the outer end of Bocas Town so still very walkable and not far from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

The only problem we had was the wifi didn’t work in the corner where the bed was. But it worked everywhere else in the room.

The location is right next to the water taxi and ferry. The breakfast has 4 dishes to choose from. The air conditioner is very efficient and there is good drinking water provided. The staff were very helpful.
