needs updates , shower hose was broken, some mold in the corners Toilet lid plastic was yellow on the borders …little things but not acceptable for a 5 star. Hygiene at Buffet could be upgraded, staff works hard but there are a lot of tourists . SHOULD OBLIGE TO USE HANDSANITIZER AT THE ENTRANCE BECAUSE EVERYBODY TOUCHRS EVERYTHING.

They have a Taxy Company in the lobby and is not providing a good service they leave you in the street not even in the bus stop! also they we’re cutting the grass and people by the pool get all there stuff dirty with grass they should do that in a different hour of the day! They should have also something special for birthdays! a cake! a special occasion to celebrate them!

All three pools were noisy and very busy. Pool rec acticvties were noisy and bothersome. Not a relaxing environment.

The 3 specialty restaurants were good, and food in main dining hall was great. There were enough bars to meet anyones needs. The upstairs lobby bar was especially nice and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach facilities were nice but not much shade under a palm tree. We had a great room assigned!!

Pool bar opens at 10 am which is late in my opinion. Food was okay but sometimes just too dry, seafood was mainly high on salt. Pillows for our bed were too soft and felt/appeared to be cheap.

Staff was friendly, Asian restaurant was awesome, drinks were fine.

The room did not give me the same impression as the lobby entrance is was not a grand entrance in the room. Very basic. Restaurant staff were not friendly. Need more versatile entertainment not just in Spanish.

The water in the zone is not drinkable, which means the ice made with such water makes drinks taste beyond funny, undrinkable. I must say it was great that they had bags of ice brought from outside for the bar, so this only affected drinks served with food. The wine was not at proper temp, but hey, not gonna say I didn't enjoy anyhow.

Breakfast could have had more variety. They say no reservations for the restaurants but when you go they are booked solid and say you need to come early to reserve your seating. Beach was disappointing.

The activities were good. Housekeeping was very good and solved any issues quickly. The food was good for the most part.

The check-in. I was made to wait at the gate for 30 minutes when I arrived by taxi around 1 pm. After a 6 hour bus ride and then taxi, this was very disappointing that I could not just store my luggage and wait at the lobby, use the amenities or have been offered something to drink.

The room, bathroom, and balcony were very spacious. The buffets had a variety of food and it was tasty.

The size of the beds was too small for 3 adutls and 1 child.The size should be at least queen size . There was also an odd odor coming from the bathroom when the ac would cycle off.

One pool was closed and was not notified, and it was the adult swim up bar. Food is not great. it's OK. Check-in is very slow, and it wasn't busy

For such a huge resort, the gym is not equipped well, with non-fuctioning/old equipment. The beach is also just ok, usable only in the evenings, when high tide is on and there are no horses (rides are being sold by the locals). The pools in the evening looked pretty bad, the tiles are then being cleaned by some chemicals directly in the pool water.

All inclusive is pretty good, wide selection of food & drinks, cocktails are amazing, including imported liquors. There are several pools, however they close very early (6pm).
