United StatesWe entered unclean room. Tub was dirty, blood and hair on the pillows, mold on the chairs and AC unit. Bugs in the room from ants to spiders. In addition we were left without food, water, AC, and lights for 4 hours with no compensation and no transfer to different resort. Front desk staff was not helpful at all! We asked for bottles of water and the ones brought to us smelled like vomit. Mattresses were continuously being switched out due to bugs! Food was the same everyday. If you did not get to breakfast by 8 you’d be without breakfast meat. Wait staff in dining hall was not attentive. Definitely do NOT recommend this resort also I will not be staying at anymore RIUs.
I liked leaving this property. The views were decent.

United StatesI stayed with 3 other gentlemen . I booked a 2 queen room back in April. We received 1 king and on extra bed. Staff never brought extra bed laundry bags or refilled liquor that was almost empty @ check in. Check in had a 2hr line after a 2hr drive to resort

United StatesI did not care that the rooms were not as cleaned and maintained as the public areas in the facility. They lacked a lot of maintenance. For example, our door did not lock from the outside nor the inside. We had to call someone to get it fixed 3x, we wasted about 5 hours of our time. We also had a family walk-in on us. The beds were also super small - they stated full size, but they're more like an XL twin size bed. My husband and I could not even fit on one. Beds need to be queen size like most hotels - especially for those who travel with children. We also had no liquor in our room - from the 2 bottles - one was completely empty while the other had about a shot worth. Overall, more maintenance in the rooms. I should have taken more pictures, but we had loose wall hooks, no light in the shower, dusty fan, mold on the headboard. They definitely need some TLC. In addition, entertainment/shows could be better. The dancers were great, but we would have loved some more Panamanian culture in the presentations. They had a carnival themed night, and we were expecting glitter and feathers and elaborate costumes like they do for carnivals in Panama, and instead, it was dark, with some kind of Malificent theme. How in the world does that represent carnival? 🤔 I would say less sexy and twerking, and more family-friendly Panamanian culture - or at least a balance of the 2.
The food was amazing, the drinks as well. The staff were very attentive. Staff kept the pools and every public area in the facility very clean.

PanamaFrom the customer service to the facilities were horrible, rooms were unhigenic. There were roaches in the room. The receptionist gave us the wrong room someone almost walked in on us getting dressed. The lights went out while eating for 10minutes and came back, then like 3am the lights went out again for like an whole hour the room got hot. We saw a snake. The room had a funny smell like of humidity and the towels smelled nasty every single one of them.

United StatesWe enjoyed our stay for the most part. The electricity went out a few times during our first day and night, so that wasn’t so great but the pool area and activities were plentiful. The food was good, a decent variety. The rooms have some wear and tear. My sister traveled with her family and their door lock would not work so there was a lot of wasted time in getting it reset and then fixed. Not once did they offer a discount even though hours were wasted. We will see upon check out.

First thing first room wasn't ready for the next guest, bathroom floor was soaking wet,the balcony access door was stuck and we couldn't open the door. No towels,we tried to reach the front desk but our phone wasn't working either Hair dryer wasn't working either All inclusive not so sure Main restaurant was accessible during certain hours but the other specialty restaurants were completely unaccessable. Staff was very rude when guest ask questions about it 🙄 very disappointing I'll have to emphasize that this is not my first RIU vacation stay but for far the most frustrating experience.

United StatesThe Elevators are centrally located. But you have a long walk to get to the rooms and back to the restaurants, pools bars or beach. We were on the 6th floor, in one of the wings on an end. An elevator on the end of each wing would be great.
We enjoyed everything, plenty to do at the resort. Good food at the buffet and restaurants. Meals are leisurely and so enjoyable. Coffee was great. Room was stocked with drinks.

When I called and asked to get them changed plus I had to ask for extra pillows bcus the pillows were so flat they took forever to bring them. The towels were not fresh at all, I did not like the smell and I would’ve preferred white towels.
