Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI was expecting the room to be a little more neat. My toilet commode was not attached fully. They should fix it. The wall paints are also old.
The location. It was right in the city centre and close the the Metro station. The roof top swimming pool is nice to sit and drink in the evening.

Papua New GuineaMore consistent cleaning for common areas (besides the lobby which is pristine), in particular the kitchen gets a bit grimy if there are a lot of people. Pool needs maintenance, the tiles are all broken.
Good facilities, attentive staff. Location is central and good. Close to Metro. Room is comfortable and clean. WiFi was very fast (150Mbps) so easy to work/study/zoom. Easy to meet people.

Czech RepublicMy room was not very clean - I mainly refer to the floor and bathroom where I found lots of hair (not mine) everywhere. The window was dirty and the bed was very "used". I was also missing any type of glasses in the room.
The location was very good - shops and restaurants around, walking distance to cinta costera and to any means if transport. Considering prices in Panama city, the price was fair enough. My room was big as well as the bathroom, WiFi & TV worked properly. There was a fridge in the room.

JamaicaIn the shared kitchen, persons need to be more prompt to tidy up after themselves. Often times I go into the kitchen I had to clean up the mess other persons left just to be able to prepare my meal.
I like the location, the spacious rooms and the fact that I could use the shared kitchen to cook my own food. For the price, this hotel gives you good value for money.

Great styling downstairs, nice rooms, at times thin walls and the window could not be opened, but access to a very modern gym made up for it , although it lacked cleaning supplies. For a hotel the amount of machines and instruments available was nice to do some quick full body exercises, the pool and public spaces were beautiful aswell.
