Location is great a lot of restaurant, cafes and bars nearby. Hostel doesn't list parking available however they let me park my motorcycle on their porch, and there's plenty of cars parked on the street. If you pay with card they'll charge 5% which is pretty standard for hostels in Panama city, they offer tours and bike rentals

We did not feel welcome by the staff. Quite unfriendly, we almost felt like a bother at times. Check-in was not easy, had to download an app and only one person could get the “key” - not convenient when you travel with a friend. The water was cut off on our last night (which can happen), but the staff did not inform us when we arrived after dinner. And when this was pointed out to them, the reply was “yes I know”. After a discussion we received a bucket of water, that then again was removed in the morning (where there was still no water).

The location is safe and the room was clean.

It can really depend on who is staying at a resource and not always about management but for one time out of 18 days our food was taken from the fridge by other travelers. That sort of thing is not nice and comes across as "sketchy" but again out of the hostels hands who rents there. For us only, we didn't like the shared bathrooms with men. When showering we would go early in the morning or later at night when it was slower. This can be typical in resources and for many people it would not be a bother for them. Probably next time we would book the private bathroom with room. Near end we would just close the door of the spacious bathroom for our quick showers.

Breakfast was included, I believe pancake mix that were for the travelers. We did not use it as we just weren't into cooking this holiday other than for my dog. Big shared kitchen. Three directions around hostel were fabulous but the fourth is a high crime area and just to go in and out for metro or grocery store with wisdom of the people struggling and wanting what maybe you have (con artists, beggars, busy big street with little crossings). Lots of excellent restaurants close by! We had a double private room and shared bathroom down the hall that was great for us and such a positive experience to come back too with cleaned sheets etc. (stayed previously 10 days, travelled and then returned for another 8 days). My dog was very happy at this resource too. The staff cared to listen if anything needed addressing which is a bonus in itself and was not the same experience as some stays such as in Bocastown resource at Sun Havens Apartments (stay away). High swimming pool for those that want to use it that staff worked on regularly to keep it nice.

They offer laundry service but we like to do our own laundry and found a great resource at J&E laundromat. Could use more soap in the bathroom dispenser. Could put fluorescent tape or such to highlight step ups at front door as it causes tripping.

This is a lovely resource. A female seems to manage it and works very hard and shows the utmost respect to her guests. We stayed 10 days and then returned for another 8. I could smell the freshly washed sheets that were nice to return to. It is a hostel so not the grand Hotel but efforts were shown to accommodate all and while I was gone and returned they had done more work to the swimming pool. Full kitchen to use and nice staff and they did well cleaning the premises.

The hostel had a grotty feeling overall, with dishes not cleaned properly and flies buzzing around them in the kitchen. The bathrooms did not feel very clean and the toilets were grimy

The WiFi was very strong and the private room had a nice double bed and its own AC unit. The location is handy near to a metro station, and the swimming pool was a bonus

Breakfast was just pancakes with syrup, and a limited amount of them. The main table where you'll have breakfast was still dirty from the night before. There was a ping pong table but no balls. Though our room was private, people could see into it through a large gap between the door and the frame which was not ideal. The shared bathroom required a bit of maintenance.

The hostel has a strange disposition for its rooms and the rest of its areas in general which invites you to explore. Electronic locks and lots of lockers to make you feel safe when leaving your stuff unattended. The location is good so you won't need extra transportation after taking the metro from the airport and also to go for a walk or dining out. Breakfast was included.

One shower was very open and people from the hallway or the pool area could see inside, if you didn't duck a little. The aircon was really cold at night. People still checked in at 11 pm., which is a bit too late in my opinion, cause others were trying to sleep.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The common area was big and comfortable, a lot of things for entertainment like table tennis and pool table. There’s a lot of supermarkets around the place and the area seemed quite safe although it’s not a touristic area. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious

The top of the wall in our bathroom was open with no possibility of closing it. In the shower, there was very little water pressure, or even none at all. The windows in the room are semi-closable, allowing many mosquitoes to enter. The billiard table is a nice form of entertainment, but only if the table is usable. The surface is not flat, causing the balls to always roll towards the center. The backyard area is nice, with a swimming pool that offers a refreshing option, but the water should be cleaned. Breakfast consists of two pancakes and coffee or/and tea.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The pingpong table is a great entertainment activity for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need, fridge storage, and seating options (indoors & outdoors). There are some board games and books available for everyone.

Well located thw Zebulo hostel allowed us to stay near the subway to reach the bus station but also to be in the center of Panama City. The AC was working fortunalty as we had no window

The bathroom in the double room was not really clean, there was no toilet paper, and only cold water.

There is a big common room so it’s a nice place to meet people there. The lady at the reception was nice and could help us (in English) with some stuff.

The hostel could do with a refurbishment and some love. The room looked unclean and dingy, there were towels from other guests still hanging on the curtain rail. We didn't feel very at home.

The location is great, right next to the metro station and was perfect so for our arrival in the night. It's cheap and there where blackout curtains.

the boy that made the check in for me didn't explain nothing. he just took the money and bye! payment is with cash or with the card plus 5% commission. breakfast: 2 pancakes with coffee or tea and you have to wash your dishes. check in is at 14, even tho my reservation said 13.

big TV in the room and AC. a little bit noisy cuz the room was next to the common area and kitchen, but it didn't bother me. people are sleeping either in the garden either next to the pool. they have luggage storage. and at the reception is a guide book
