The mattress is too soft to me. The stove in the kitchen is too old. There is one one sink basin

The location is good. Many business related you can get here, like exchange money, supermarket, travel agencies.... the airport bus can arrive as well. Overall the hostel is clean

Some of the front desk staff are appalling, genuinely like pulling teeth getting any help - worst we’ve had in 3 months travelling. We arrived early (v early flight into Lima) and asked if we could check in a little early - no, of course not, room only ready at 1 so wait upstairs and we’ll be taken on a tour. Half hour later, no tour forthcoming - we’d been forgotten and ignored. Went into room at 1 and it had been ready the whole time, appreciate there’s policy but almost felt spiteful when we’d been sat there since about 8am. Separately had issue with different staff member when asking for gym access, just weirdly unfriendly for seemingly no reason. Also, the lady who organises tours is friendly and talks a great game but doesn’t seem interested in helping with local tours that aren’t bigger excursions. Bit of a shame.

My second time staying at this centrally located hostel in Miraflores, Lima. In addition to the location, I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar - delightful breakfast in the morning and some quiet space to do some work afterwards; a drink in the music filled vibrant atmoshpere in the evening amidst other guests. I had my own room with private bathroom. Typical layout and space within centrally located hostel set up. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests for help. I was grateful to the kind concierge/security guy on the ground floor who helped me with my luggage to the hostel reception on a higher floor.

when i arrived, there was no toilet roll in the bathrooms, I did have to ask a couple of times but it was eventually changed.

great location, in the centre of Miraflores with lots of shops and good spots nearby. The staff are really friendly and there are lots of places to sit in the hostel. It is easy to meet people and there is a kitchen so you are able to cook. The security guard below, Edwin, is so friendly and chatty and Anur is adorable <3

The toilet in our room was constantly flushing during our 3-night-stay and it wasn't fixed even though we told about it. The room air wasn't very fresh. Also, each morning the water wasn't running in our room for some time.

The common areas were very nice and clean. The hostel offered free walking tours leaving from the hostel. Possibility to buy breakfast. Kitchen with all basic needs. Hot tub was very nice!

Our particular room #23 was located right behind the reception area and we could hear the staff discussions .

Really nice common facilities, the dorms are neat and tidy. Beds are comfortable and staff were very helpful. I had to check in at 11pm and the staff on were still as helpful as I could’ve hoped.
