My only complaint is that our room wasn’t actually in the main hostel building and we were put in a separate apartment block further down the street. Our room was directly above a bike shop that was pretty loud from 9am- it wasn’t a huge issue but I would have preferred to be closer to the facilities of the main hostel.

Reception staff were very helpful - the airport shuttle service was great / super easy to organise. Location was really good - close to the main park in Miraflores where all the bars/restaurants are. Beds were comfortable and we had a warm shower every day (which was not always guaranteed at the hostels we have stayed in).

first room we were given the sheets were dirty - we were changed to another room straight away which was very clean. Would recommend not getting a private bathroom because the drains smell very bad. 2nd time we stayed we got put in the apartment building across the road - feel like you should be told this at time of booking as it was annoying having to walk across the road and all up the stairs when we wanted to use the kitchen / store our bags. It also didn’t have AC. But building / room was nice enough.

you are not allowed to bring your alcohol to the hostel,which means even two beers to have in your chilling time. i of course would not bring my own anywhere to their bar area, but found it weird that i only have to purchase from them on all of the other floors of the hostel

I had an amazing time at this hostel! The facilities are great, and it’s the perfect place to meet new people. Sheila, who works at the bar, is super friendly and incredibly helpful—she gave me lots of great tips about traveling in Peru. The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing, and in the evening, there are always activities at the bar, which is also on the rooftop—such a great atmosphere! There’s also a big, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. Another big plus is the location—everything is easy to reach from here. Highly recommend!

The staff were a bit rude, and there was an extra cost for the gym which wasn’t so clear on the booking. Also it was just far too expensive for what it was, without breakfast included.

Staff was very unreliable and sometimes straight up rude. My laundry was only partly washed, I found a part in lost and found, and the on-site tour guide Rose booked us on a wrong shuttle that we didn’t ask for, even though we even clearly described what we wanted via text and not just in person. She was then absolutely inactive in resolving the issue, the tour company was also very rude until I complained with booking and only then finally got the refund.

Property was fine, kitchen was ok and the hostel is quite clean and well situated. The common areas very social and good vibes with the guests.

Staff is really out to make money it seemed. Didnt help us with getting a bus to the airport, only recommanded their own company. Towels had so many stains on them you can play a whole gay guessing what it was from. We had a room without a window to the outside world, the window was to the hall. Gym was of good condition, however you have to pay extra money to use it. They are kind with giving you a free welcome shot, however if you say you dont drink alcohol they laugh in your face. The beds were basically holes you can sleep in. There is airco, you can hear it all night long. Good luck for those who are gonna stay here, glad we had only 1 night.

I had an amazing time in Alpes Lima Kennedy. So much fun. I’ll definitely miss Fabi and Shei. They are amazing. The best bartenders ever. They gave us good tips about places and food recommendations. 🥰

It’s such a money grab. They put me in a room with a window to an another room with just cleaning supplies. You’d try to sleep and the cleaners sounds and chemicals would drift through the window. They also advertise a free gym and the charge for it even though it’s barely a gym at all

Our room was behind the front desk with a large window into the corridor (no external wall). We could hear everything from the front desk including an extended conversation via walkie talkie which woke us at 6am. Did not feel like we could relax much in this room.. Room did not seem to be ventilated well

We stayed here twice. The first room was in a location where conversations at the front desk could be heard. For our return visit, they gave us a palatial room in a seperate building, with elevator. The location is very good, very near Parque Kennedy. Easy access from the airport bus.
