The shower is great, and we had hot water, but sometime it wasn't very very hot as we would want for cold days. And we had sunlight from the roof which wasn't always great when we wanted to sleep in dark room.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. Super comfortable beds. Had all kinds of tea available for you all day. The location is PERFECT. And the team is super super nice ♥️

Location is 5min walk to main square. Room very clean and comfortable, with heater as well for cold nights. Stuff is very polite and friendly. All floors have hot water and tea selection for guests free of charge. Value for money

I stayed for 5 days, great little hotel just off the main plaza in Cusco, staff were very accommodating with my request to extend an extra night plus luggage storage etc facilities are very modern and new with great big flat screen tv… good value for money 👍

The noise, it's not noisy but you can hear people in the hall way or when they open and closed their doors from your room

The hotel facilities were clean, and everything looked brand new and good, when I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel they gave me an amazing lunch box, the days I was able to have breakfast it was ok, and the lunch box content was better than the table breakfast, the staff is always nice.

I feel that the breakfast could have been better. The bread was dry and the coffee was cold, and there was little options.

Rooms were a tiny bit smaller than expected and my room had a sliding glass door that didn’t lock. Even though the patio didn’t have any other access points, it made me feel unsafe at times.

There's no elevator. It's understandable after all in this town all the buildings are old...? Somehow the street smells like animal poop so during the first 2 days I was there I couldn't open the window otherwise my room would stink... but I guess this is not the hotel's fault. The bread at breakfast is VERY dry.

The room is small but it got everything. It's great that everything is kept clean. The towels are fresh and clean as well. The staff members are very patient and helpful. They have 24h reception and helped me store my luggage when I checked out to do the Inka trail tour at 3:30 am. I left my laptop at the hotel and it was kept safe- I'm thankful!

Small, modern property, nearby restaurants. The hotel is outside the main plaza which helped us get a good night sleep. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs given we only had a few hours before our flight home. They arranged a driver to take us to the Inca ruins nearby.
