The decor of the rooms are beautiful - we loved the paintings and attention to detail. Our room was clean and comfortable and a perfect place to rest. The staff are really lovely and friendly and let us keep our bags in our locked room till we returned from Machu Picchu.

A great friendly welcoming place to stay. Cynthia, Clark & Davey are amazing as well as the wonderful gentleman who made our breakfast and Alex who picked me up in taxi. My arrival was delayed by nearly 8 hours and everyone here went above and beyond to help me have a smooth check in and feel welcome. Beds are comfortable and duvets keep you warm. Love the evening fire on the ground floor. I hear the restaurant for dinner is great too. I'll be back again soon and recommend it highly. Thank you. My sister enjoyed staying here too. Short walk 10 to 15 minutes to the main square and near the collectivo stop.

I had no problems!

-Comfortable rooms: Warm comforters and alpaca blankets, hot showers, exceptionally clean -Generous breakfast -Lovely covered seating area- Glass ceiling over courtyard so sun gets in and rain stays out! -Beautiful fire place in common area great for rainy season -Wonderful, lovely, incredible staff! Treated like family from the very beginning. One night I got food poisoning and the host came to my room multiple times to check on me, offered to arrange medical care, made sure I had everything I needed to get well. So kind and compassionate. I cannot say enough how much I love the staff!

Breakfast hit or miss. We asked for sunny side egg but gave us scrambled like everyday. We also asked for cheese and avocado like what they served to other guest but the man said we need to ask the reception for that. Rooms could use a ventilation system, stand fan, and the water heater could be mixed, not extremely hot or extremely cold. We asked for express laundry services, as the hotel’s service could take up 2 days to return your clothes, they said they didnt know anything in the area. We found 2 express laundry shops next street, though.

It was in a quiet neighborhood.

I thought the breakfast might be buffet style but it was served rather slowly. Fruit would be nice.

This is the second time staying here for me. I like it because it is in a location that works very well for me. It is within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas; Sascahuaman; and a longer walk to the PlazaReal area. It is within about a 5 minute walk to the Paradero de Pisaq. The rooms and facilities are nice, clean, quiet, comfy for me. There was a little desk in both rooms that I had. Breakfast was nice. It was made when I arrived, not buffet. The staff is friendly, cordial. They call me by my name. Most if not all of them can speak english.

Warm shower, great value for money, everything was great, they even let us do eary check in (at 7 am). The staff are very kind, and you can park in front of the hotel on the street.

The stuff is not adequate. I forgot one piece of clothes at the hotel, and on the same day contacted the hotel to pick it up once I am in Cusco again. They tried to pressure me to pay 40 Soles for this!

the rooms face the inner patio and you can hear everything, as the sound passed through the walls. at 6 am I can hear the staff talking which woke me up

We were a little unlucky here and there. The day before arrival, we informed the hotel through WhatsApp that we had booked the room for the night but would first arrive early the next morning at a certain time. We got an OK. When we arrived at this time, the front door was locked and it took us 30 mins of knocking and trying to contact them before they opened. No door bell, and apparently his phone had died. He was apologetic, though. Dirty towels in the bathroom upon arriving (everything else was clean, and housekeeping came upon request). The shower took a long time to warm up and it was only ever luke warm. First, the internet was really slow, they then changed it after a few days so it got faster. We recommend they get every room a "do not disturb"-sign as the staff happened to come at different times each day and once opened the door without warning. It takes approx. 15 min of walking to get to the main square.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. Our room had a nice size and really comfortable beds and pillows. Large bathroom. The hotel was cute and quiet. Friendly staff. Even though we had some issues, we did get a discount and apologies. Good value for your money. Close to small shops and restaurants. Breakfast was alright, you can choose between fried and scrambled eggs, and the staff member serving it was really nice. The laundry service was good, clean and easy. The hotel also cares about the environment using solar power for heating etc.
