Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesOnly things I didn't like it the room location with one window that's directed at the stairs so you don't get much light inside and have to use lamps. The lighting in the room could be upgraded for more cozy (Edison bulbs, for example, would be very nice). And the shower isn't powerful and not very hot to my taste (but I noticed that in most hotels in Peru). Most importantly is that the room is cold. There is no heating, which is understandable -- the building is very old. Luckily big blankets keep you nice and warm at night.
The location is good, right next to Mercado Central de San Pedro. The staff were very nice, helpful. The breakfast was good, I think, we missed it most of the time because of tours and sleeping in. The bed was comfy, it had many heavy blankets on it to make you warm and cozy during cold July nights, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking your own food if you'd like. I really like the place and Cusco. Recommend.

NetherlandsOutside of the hotel there were many dogs barking constantly, so we couldn't sleep. I know the owners of the hotel probably can't do much about it, but it was really annoying. Also, curtains in the bedroom were light (no black out-curtains) so the little sleep that we could get was disturbed early morning by the sunrise.
The staff and the room were nice. Location was also good, close to the city center.

I want to describe mi experience in Quechua Apart hotel in next points: 1st, the staff is friendly and very helpful with activities to do in Cusco. 2nd, Breakfast was nice with fresh juice. 3rd, the room and bed were comfortable and clean 4th, Location is the best, just a couple of blocks from Plaza de Armas 5th, Good value, this is a wonderful place with good price.

CanadaThe narrow one-way street from San Pedro. It made pickup for tours a little hard, it only meant the tour bus operators had to work harder.
Exceptional staff, very kind and courteous. I felt bad to leave, they were like family. There was coca tea everything we wanted it, the kitchen and cleaning staff made us feel at home. They arranged tours for us and inexpensive taxi rides. I would stay there again, a very short walk to the centre. It is a budget aprthotel, if you can lower your expectations for a budget accommodation, you will be super happy.

Location is great, 2 minutes from San Pedro station, supermarket close by. The staff was very friendly, they allowed me to check in early and check out late. The room was tiny, but you don't spend much time there. Breakfast was basic, but they were giving fruits for those who had to leave earlier that the breakfast starts.
