… the staff while polite don’t go the extra mile; seems that they don’t understand that they should try to accommodate, to the extent possible, the needs from their customers.

The staff was ultra-friendly and ultra-helpful, especially in arranging all the 'taxis' to and from the airport on many occasions. Also the bar staff for taking the time to show us how to mix a Pisco Sour !!

I liked everything

The hotel decoration was very unique and amazing. The staff was very helpful in answering all questions. The hotel staff went above and beyond in meeting my needs. The room was absolutely comfortable with beautiful decoration and nice view of the city. The rooftop bar was amazing. The breakfast and lunch amazing. The hotel staff was kind enough to pack us breakfast to go so we can take it to the airport!

This is an amazing hotel. The room had everything we needed, the internet was fast and we were able to work and have some calls (we are digital nomads). The breakfast was amazing with great variety to choose from. And the bed was very comfortable.

Bathrobes are missing in the rooms, but I am assuming you can request them at the front desk in advance.

High level as requested, quiet room, access to smart TV (YouTube) Fresh towels, friendly housekeeping, helpful front desk, and valet/ concierge. As a lady is super important a hair saloon almost next door to hotel. The new crepe/macaroon tea room/restaurant across the street is super chic/romantic and scrumptious.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was really nice with a decent choice. There is also a lovely bar area on the top floor again with great food and great service...

The property was amazing. The room was clean and modern. The facilities as well. The breakfast was delicious. The staff off the hotel was incredible friendly and made us feel welcomed.

I just had a hard time getting from a night out past midnight when the lobby was darkened and main doors were closed. I had to get the security guards attention to let me in.

Breakfast was good but busy and had limited options especially for someone staying multiple days. The location of the hotel is incredible and staff are very friendly.

just a noise like early in the morning when you are when the cleaners is coming around and they kind of loud you know in but other than that oh my God, nothing nothing just everything is perfect
