This was an excellent place to stay from check in to check out. Very clean facilities with great decor. Breakfast was included and was amazing with the service incredible, Sofia and Eduardo were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The only disappointment was the occasionally grudging service and the too loud rap or hip-hop music. To his credit, one helpful staff member came to our rescue and lowered he volume.

Breakfast was terrific and the staff serving it was out of this world! Cynthia, especially, made us feel welcome and pampered. The food served on the rooftop was really good, too, as were the drinks. Prices were reasonable.

There was a problem with the door push plates and found my room unlocked when I back to the hotel. What upset me was, the hotel seemed so nonchalant while we all know security things should not be taken like that.

The location is in a fancy area of Lima, you can simply walk to the beach and Larcomar. The breakfast is ok, in the beginning of January, they haven't applied the buffet so you order based on the menu they provide you.

The room was a little small and the floors are concrete. At one point I sat on the bed after a shower and happened to look at the bottoms of my feet. They were black with dirt. I don’t think the floors ever get mopped in the rooms.

The location is right at the heart of the busiest / most commercial area in Lima. The breakfast was the best free/included breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The highlight of the stay was when we left for an early morning tour (5:30 am) before breakfast was open/available and without asking they ran breakfast out to us as we got in our taxi! If that wasn’t enough, it was even vegetarian! I was beyond grateful and impressed.

On busy mornings, sometimes you have to wave down a server to get menus, but it didn't happen often and the servers were very nice.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, nice room, great location, great breakfast. Breakfast has you choose an item from a menu of more or less the same 5 items or so, but the food is excellent and was enough for me. There were also a few buffet-style items that you could take too.

Location was not bad, good restaurants within a short walk but I rather hoped we'd be closer to the waterfront area (I mean the cliff area overlooking the Pacific. But it was not a huge walk, just too much for my legs.

Loved the quirky design of the interior of the hotel, each floor and each room is different. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant, great vibe going on a great pusco sours too. The food comes up from kitchen on the ground floor but it's no problem. Breakfast on the ground floor just off the lobby is very good too. We were made to feel very welcome by every member of the staff.
