The owner or corporation running this hotel does not care about any improvements. The lack of curtain in the shower and the pool of water that’s created have been mentioned before and nothing has been done about it.

The property should let guests know about their policy upfront like the little basket with cookies and chocolates you will find in the room which is not free at all, as well hand in the policy at the check in, which I didn't get it until ask for it, so take a close look and make sure to read it all if you don't want to face surprises. The Shower doesn't have a door so water come out and wet the bathroom floor, I was told every room was like that.

We had a Continental breakfast which is served between 7 and 9 am, we stayed at a Deluxe Double Room with a Queen Bed, A/C and Cable Tv Worked good, I recommend to take a sec to review the Hotel policy to avoid extras fees which is a little tricky, and the little basket full of chocolates and cookies over the nightstand they are no free at all so be aware, they don't tell you about it, so if you eat them you will be charge and have to pay for them. The front desk clerk is really charm and ready to help you, the breakfast was good, the bathroom is narrow and lack ventilation, but you have a plenty of water, location is really close to the Model Market and the Bus/Van Station to go to either the Northern Beaches of Piura and Tumbes.

It was clean and friedly. They had had some problems with flooding (like the whole of Piura) so there was mould in the room. This may be resolved by the time you stay there.. but i stayed just 2 weeks after major flooding in the whole town. to be fair to them i expect many hotels were effected and would have the same problem. the shower was hot, bed comfy, security good, air con working etc, so no other complaint.

The desk was very small too be of any real help to put stuff on. A little normal sized desk would be nice.

The room was large with AC and a window. You can park on the street by the hotel which isn't a busy street. It was easy parking which we really liked.

Nice hotel. Bed was big and comfy, ensuite bathroom. I landed at 8pm and there restaurant was still open which I was very thankful for.

Falsely advertised having a parking garage. They do not. I tried explaining this to the receptionist and asked them to cover the cost of me parking my motorcycle in a nearby parking lot and they refused. Do not stay here if you want secure parking.

We had made a booking months before coming, but when we arrived at the hotel, they told us that they were full and didn't have a room for us. They told us that their other hotels were also full, and that we had to deal with it ourselves, and left us on the street, at 6:30pm, with ni option to sleep. Even more, they lied to excuse their mistake : they told us that because they were hacked, they couldn't find any trace of the booking, and could not contact us to tell us that. It is true that they were hacked, but they still have the booking and a way to contact us because they sent us a message through the booking chat saying that because of the hack it would be better to pay when we arrive, and after leaving us on the street, they cancelled the booking and tried to make it look like it was a no-show on our side. Very unprofesional behaviour. Would not recommend.

It was poor construction and the room we was in had the shower door removed, I informed the front desk and they told me they knew about it and would provide towels for me to mop the floor. The water pressure was so poor the toilet could not function properly and the sink in the bathroom was blocked. I’m sure the cleaning staff was aware of the plumbing problems and did not communicate it to maintenance??? One night was enough there!

1. The location. It’s a bit far away from everything. And the neighborhood it is located gets sketchy at night 2. Wifi is very spotty. I got disconnected many times in the room 3. Not very sound proof. I could hear someone talking on the phone in my room and the sound seems to be coming from another room. 4. The bathroom is the worst. It stinks and water leaks out to create puddles on the floor. 5. No trash can in the room.

The wonderful comfortable bed And cleanliness of my bathroom The kindness of the staff. We came in early before check in. We were able to be accommodated to get some rest after a long night of travel.
