Staff (besides the lovely owners) did Not speak any English. Sometimes hard to communicate. But they were very friendly overall.

The rooms a little cold, no windows. Not possible to wash and dry clothes. I have practically no clothes which can be given to the laundry service.

I loved the location, very central still quiet, on a hill next to a wonderful mirador. Stuff very attentive and professional.

I had a really great time staying at Saqray Hostel, the location was perfect, just few minutes away from the main square of Cusco (be aware it's on the hill, so you have to climb a bit everyday, pre-training for your Machu Picchu hike :D ) The staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful, my room was clean, the WiFi works perfectly and breakfast is in the price!

It got a little bit cold at night.

The location was great, just a few minutes walking from the main square. The building was kept clean, and the washrooms were very good. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfast.

You can't use the kitchen. You can store food in the fridge but you can't cook.

It is great that they include breakfasts for guests but the breakfast was lacking some protein.

Jorge the host was very nice and helpful. He gave great recommendations. The hostel was clean and had a really cute set up. They were able to do our laundry for us and had it ready the same day. The location was also really convenient to get to San Blas restaurants as well as Sacsayhuaman.

The floor was squeaking when someone was walking, but I guess it's just normal after a few years.

Super nice staff. Jorge was amazing and he helped us quite a lot. The view from the top is awesome. The bed was super comfy, slept so great!

The location. Although it has the advantage of being a quiet place, the walk upwards going to the place was a bit too much of a hike for me

It's at the top of a hill which normally wouldn't be a problem but because of the altitude it can be a little bit more of a struggle after a long day. On the flip side though, because it's at the top of a hill, you get really great views of the city. Especially at night.

Really great location. 4 min walk to the main plaza but away from all the traffic/noise. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Beds were seriously comfy. Great place and would happily stay here again.

Saqray was one of the best hostels we stayed at in Peru. The room was very clean, with really good beds and space to store your clothes. The staff was very helpful with tips about the city. While we did the Salkantay Trek, they took care of our backpacks for free and they even let us keep the front door key so that we could access the hostel again when we returned. They offer laundry service and the printed our flight tickets. The hostel is quiet and affordable and well located in the city. Best hostel in Cusco for comfort.

I would like to thank Martina and Jorge for making my stay in Cusco so pleasant! I initially intended to stay for only a couple of days, but in the end I extended to until a week. They made me feel so welcomed and safe. I felt at home straight away. The rooms and facilities are really comfortable and clean. They also provided extra blankets that made me extra warm at night. Oh, and the breakfast is really nice as well! They also check how my day and adventures in Peru were going and making sure that I had a good time. Plus, a huge thank you for saving my day by helping me solve my suitcase problem! They were always so reachable and reliable. When I do come back to Peru, Saqray is the place to go home to!
