Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI booked breakfasts but they tried to tell me it wasn’t included. The wifi had to be renewed daily and they sometimes said they hadn’t printed out internet vouchers. And the voucher was good for only one device. There was no soap in the room when I checked in.
Very good Indian restaurant. Good shuttle to airport.

AustraliaThis time around the room I stayed in (room 42) didn't have an air-con remote. I requested for the remote from front desk staff and they sent a housekeeper that said the aircon operated on switch - but it didn't :-( So the room was very hot
Friendly staff who are very hospitable. The reliability of airport pickup - you don't have to wait long. Also it's cheap but but service and rooms provided are good value for solo travellers.

Papua New GuineaThe shower wasn’t hot. The tiles, walls and tubs needs replacements for better comfort for guests. And the inside door lock is not 100% guaranteed as it is not functioning. Safety in PNG is of paramount importance having known how poor the civilian setting and unrest can be anytime by security wise and all.

Papua New GuineaDidn't like the staff communication skills. Bathroom needs upgrade. K10 extra fee for delivering food to customer's room was totally unacceptable after paying more than K500 for the service. TV channel quality is very poor. It was like watching emtv at some rural areas. Need to upgrade to Digicel Play Box or something for better quality and good channels.

Papua New GuineaThe walk way to the Executive rooms , because I was staying in room 68 should be partitioned off. That way you would not have to worry about those guest sitting and drinking there. There should be some kind of walls erected there.
Actually my bookings included breakfast but I was not notified properly on this so I did not have breakfast again after the first day because the staff at the restaurant were not sure whether or not to charge me.
