“This hotel should and could be a 9 or 10 given its spectacular views, quiet location, two lovely infinity swimming pools and private rooms with spacious balconies.
But attention to detail especially in the rooms is lacking. Some examples of this. There were coat hangers but no cupboard or even a rail to hang clothes. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and had its own hand basin. But there were no hand towels provided nor was there anywhere to dry your hands. The in room safe had not been attached to the wall and so could be easily picked up and removed. There was no cupboard to un pack clothes. The fire extinguisher was missing. Hot water was intermittent. Fortunately the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well.”
