I stayed for 4 days, and while there were some positive aspects, a few key areas could use improvement. Check-in Process: There was no walkthrough of the house rules or etiquette upon check-in. I wasn’t informed about any unavailable amenities or essential guidelines, which would have been helpful. Room Cleanliness: The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were not clean. This was disappointing, as they were concealed under a blanket to appear tidy. Facilities: The heater was unstable, making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature during my stay. Overall, the stay had potential, but attention to these details would significantly enhance the guest experience. Also to mention, staff were not that welcoming and accommodating.

Location: Really convenient as it is 1 min walk from the Bus terminal. Walking distance to the central and other establishments e.g., SM, Sky Ranch, Burnham, night market.

The bathroom in my dorm was not the greatest. Toilet half broken, shower now working and it didn’t smell too good.

It is super close to the bus terminal so a really good pick if you travel through. The reception and also common stay area are really nice and the staff working there was amazing!

The staff woke me up early because of the supposed pest control. If you have a scheduled service interruption please don't take guests rather than disturbing them while resting.

The beds doesn't look that clean and has stains on the pillow. Rooms are too small and not enough space to walk around the room. Too pricey for what it's worth.

The property has a very nice cafe where you can lounge to after a tiring day. It has a nice city view which is better at night. They also offer free coffee which is nice. Wi-fi connection is amazing. It works inside the rooms and in the cafe.

Suggesting to provide a locker cabinet for the safety of our valuables so we don’t need to bring our laptops with us while roaming around Baguio.

Clean room. Each sleeping place has its own light, curtain and electrical outlet. There are lockers in the rooms and outside. Great location, close to the bus terminal (buses for Manila/Banaue/Capas). In the hostel there is a coworking space with a good wifi connection.

Travellers coming in very late at night....around 3am and disturbing other people. Bathroom is average!

Female dorm with 4 beds was good. I liked the curtains for privacy. Location is great. Staff are lovely.

The bathroom was very dirty. There was very little sunlight, the lockers were very small and wi-fi didn’t work well. I felt it was overpriced for what it is.

The location is great – very central, right at JoyBus/Solid North Bus Station. The bed was also comfortable.

I was asked firsthand upon check-in if i was a male or female, very rude. I am a transexual and i booked for female room of 4 max capaciry, but i was made to go for the male room of 10 max capacity.

The CR. It doesn't have a ventilating fan, hence, it's moldy. The towels should be replaced.

I like that the bed is clean and comfortable. It also has an aircon so it's nice.

The shower and bathroom was repugnant and vile. The door, walls, and ceiling were covered in black mold. All because there is no fan to vent all the moisture out. The shower was basically over the top toilet so you were standing awkwardly to shower. Hot water was intermittent. I never had a hot shower but others managed too. They cleaned the black mold off on day 2 but the stains were still present. I'd stay here again but for shorter, because the bathroom really put me off. Thankfully the beds were clean and a safe haven.

I appreciated the capsule bunk beds. It offers a lot of privacy for when you want to feel alone or being anti social. The room was large enough to have a place for your bag to go. There were lockers in room for your valuables. The beds and linens seemed clean and the air conditioning worked. The location is excellent for going to the park, shopping mall or catching a bus. The station is right next door.
