The accomodations and staff are clean and friendly, its best for solo backpackers and the bus terminal is outside the hostel, good job!

Bathroom was so disgusting in the room where I have been. A lot of mildew at the walls, a horrible smelling and everything seemed broken and not cleaned. No kitchen available (although on booking.com there is a kitchen mentioned). Common area could be improved.

Bed was really comfy and had even curtains and an own light and plug socket! The location of the hostel was also good, very in the center. The have free water to fill up the bottle :)

They did not follow the assigned room for me. I specifically put 6 beds all girls but I was rather assigned to all mixed room with 8 beds. They did not follow the room assignments. Hoping they cn do better next time

I like the bed, the quiet ambiance even though it is nearby the road I can hear the solmenity of the place. They have heater, They provide good toiletries especially the towel. Less hassle on my part since I don't need to bring bath towel ❤️ I got to make 3new friends

Except the location and the female staff (forgot her name). Everything was extremely poor. This hotels needs a major renovation. The floor tiles has dirts ,the toilet fush was broken, the wall paints are deteriorating, and there's time that water was gone during our stay. We also didn't get the exact room we booked and we seems got the ugliest and crampiest room. We are asked if it's ok for us but of course we don't have choice than to accept it. We should be informed earlier so i can book on a different hotel 🤦🏻‍♂️. For a one night stay and you just need a bed and a quick shower and you don't mind the cleanliness. This hotel seems fine since its literally on bus station and near to everything.

The room was not clean when we checked-in. Trash from the previous guests were still there. The CR was even worse. Already asked the attendant to clean but she did not clean right away. She did at 10pm, but the place needs deep cleaning esp the CR

Bathroom needs improvement. The hot shower is not woking well and the bathroom was a bit dirty, I don’t know maybe it was because of the usage of my co-roommate. I wasn’t able to see it clean during my stay given that I arrived at around 10pm— maybe that’s why it wasn’t look tidy as i was expecting it to be.

The beds are comfortable and you have your privacy. There are also lockers where you can leave some of your important things in there.

No tables and chairs outside, no outlet outside so you can relax and chill your mind whilst reading your book. Maybe during my next visit they will put chairs and tables for guests and fridge so I can store my food and beverages.

It's centrally located next to the bus terminal. Wifi is quite fast. Bed is comfortable. Pillows and bed sheets are clean. AC works well.

The heater was great but somehow didn't work while I was rinsing myself so that was a bit of a bummer. I hope it doesn’t happen the next time.

I still had my privacy even though I was sharing it with random people.and I slept pretty good. The room temperature was just right

The CR has malfunctioning flush and a little bit not too tidy. It can still be improved. Also, there are no thrash bins inside or outside the door.

The location is excellent. It's just at the side of Session Road so it's the best location in the city! Plus, it is just beside the Genesis Transport which was our booked transport to and from. The staff are also accommodating and wear great smiles when approached.

I didn't like that some of the lockers on the room don't have there own lock. The first room I got has one then I was transferred to the next room that doesn't have it. I don't know if you can request one or have to buy one of your own.

The hostel is located right next to the terminal, there are affordable restaurants outside, a 7/11 across the street, and just a couple of minutes walk to session road. I love how convenient it is. You can still have your own privacy despite sharing a room with others because the bed feels like you have your own little cabin (with own lights, mirror, & sockets). The WiFi connection is good as well, I was able to get my work done.

No coordination among staff...we arrived at the hotel with no one to assist us..waited for an hour. Lost some personal essentials like 2 brand new pairs of socks, big bottles of lotion, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and foods(pasalubong) Was very disappointed coz when we returned to the hotel from our tour there were already people occupying our beds. All our personal belongings were lost. We have told the front desk before we left for the tour that we were extending for another day, and the guy gave us assurance to facilitate such extension. We were dismayed!!!

I only like the location since it was near the SM City and Burnham Park
