Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A budget-friendly option with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Its convenient location near numerous restaurants makes it ideal for exploring the area. The Rooftop infinity pool overlooks the city skyline, for me it's the highlight of our stay.

CanadaAt the hallway when someone walking and talking you heared them. noisy sometimes early morning .hope they will refrain loud voices coz some are resting after doing bar hopping around.
The location was great, a lot restaurant nearby and the security at the ground floor was nice and the front desk as well. You gonna have a great spacious room and toilet. Pool are amazing too..

PhilippinesI had a wonderful stay at Hotel A&A for two nights. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly courteous, with a special mention to Angela at the front desk, who was very helpful during my early check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near a wide variety of excellent restaurants offering Filipino, Korean, Chinese, and halal options. It’s also in a safe area, with a church nearby, making it easy to walk around even at night. Another plus is the ample parking area, which is perfect if you have guests visiting. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

United StatesThe water pressure of the shower The temperature of the shower but I know where I was it should not be the same as America. Same as the pressure should not be the same. The doors are not soundproof so if too many people are here you can hear them but I didn't mind. You can hear the traffic outside but I also did not mind either it lets me know the city is alive.
I love this place so much I really do not even want to tell you about it. Everything about this hotel is good but there is a negative cause nothing is ever perfect. But I loved security, helpdesk, location, pool, gym, room.
