AustraliaSigns of water ingress in the room, hot water was very slow to come. Payed extra and left a much cheaper but cleaner more spacious hotel (veranda) for Alejandro because it had a pool and thought that it would be nice to use the pool on the hot days, firstly we were told we couldn’t use the pool because they had rented it for a birthday event the. The next day when we went to use it the water was very dirty and unclear, the entire area was a mess with tiles being replaced

PhilippinesThe place is absolutely a historic place which means everything is old. As soon as we arrived we were notified by the receptionist that they were fully booked that day and so they gave us a different room. Our room fixtures would definitely need replacement like it smells old and we were bothered by the bathroom when our shower was too hot to take a bath other than that the sink is clogged as well. We were really terrified about the service they provided us. Value for money is poor.
The staff were friendly and accompanied but the place is not competitive already.

NetherlandsI didnt like the room. I did upgrade it though but the room we got is so horrible, it smells like it never used before. Me and my husband didnt sleep at all. There is a glass window but you can't open it. There is no way to have a fresh air in that room.
I do like the area and the history of the building.

United Kingdomwifi was very poor on our room and we were on the 2nd floor, according to staff its better when you are in the above floors. Hopefully they will add more routers so that the wifi is good wherever you are in the hotel.
I like the ambiance of the hotel, takes you back in time.
