The air-condition was broken and their toilet is under maintained.

The staff were very accommodating despite forgetting to pick us up from the airport. However, they offered an alternative.

the airport transfer to hotel and back was the best about booking with appleton. the check in and out were smooth. aircon is strong, bed is firm. location is great.

1. No bedit in the toilet. 2. Room service is till 10pm only. 3. No room make the entire 18 days i've stayed 4. You have to remind them 2-3x to give u a fresh towel and the bottled water.

Rooms are spacious. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast buffet spread is good.

I didn't like the huge slab of concrete of a nearby building as a view. I could barely see the sky. But it's not the hotel's fault. Also on the duration of my stay, the water pressure is so low and there's issue on something as per the staff. As a remedy, they could only turn on the hot water. It was 50 degrees, they said. Needless to say, it was really hot. Lol.

Room is clean, quiet and spacious. The light fixture are all nice and makes the room cozier. Staffs are all polite, friendly and accomodating. Location accessible to nearby diners

Bathroom smelled really bad. So I had tap and shower first running for 15 min to get rotten sewer smell out of it.

Where do I begin? I had to book this property last-minute, after my AirBnB cancelled on me also on the same day of arrival. The free shuttle they advertised came one hour late and only after I called at least 5 times once I arrived (and they picked-up the phone only twice). I arrived late to work remotely because of this. It did not get much better after that, as the restaurant food was WAY overpriced (much more expensive than in the USA or Europe, no less), and so were the snacks offered (if you get hungry, just walk across the street to Robinson's or SM and get something to eat there). The internet kept going down, at some point, 3 times within the same 2 hours (lost much more time of work because of this, and it was just a mess). I stayed here for 3 nights and NOT ONCE was the room cleaned or tidied up. The shower had low water pressure, and the bathroom also had a couple of very tiny cockroaches that came out at night. Will not be staying here again.

Well-located, close to malls, businesses and restaurants. Just about 15-20 minutes to the airport by taxi, maximum. Room was huge and had a safe for valuables.

I’ve booked this place as our flight is landing at midnight and the one-way airport transfer is a really nice treat. I messaged them through booking.com to book the transfer and it was confirmed. However, the driver was nowhere in sight upon our arrival and didn’t pick up our numerous calls. Ended up getting a cab to reach the place.

Only stayed for 1 night. Room is clean but the AC in family room is not good. They have to put an electric fan to our room. Breakfast buffet is good for the price and staff is really nice. So overall. Its okay for the price.
