Love the room! Didn't expect it to be so spacious and luxurious-looking with its affordable price. It was really clean and all basic necessities were provided. We couldn't avail our free breakfast because our flight was early, but the staff packed us some sandwiches to bring to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was also free which made it really convenient for us since we brought a lot of bags. Close to different banks, supermarkets, fast food, and outlet stores.

It’s one of the worst stays in my life. We booked online with my wife and the options were limited with 2 single beds instead of 1 double for couple. When we arrived we asked them to give us a double bed room and they said they were fully booked. Another couple walked in without booking and they immediately gave them a double bed room. They’re liars. The room was unacceptable. It was dirty. The bathroom had mold and we found insects. Also there was no door for shower. The wardrobe was dusty. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly. The view was bad and there was a lot of noise from the main road as the hotel is in front of it. My wife didn’t enjoy it as well as myself. We slept on a small uncomfortable bed. Plus there were some snacks and water bottles in the room that we thought were free. Turns out they were extra but nobody told us. The WiFi was absolute garbage. It worked only a few minutes and we stayed 2 nights. It was extremely slow while it was working. There was bad signal too. As a result we had neither internet connection nor signal in the room. If the WiFi isn’t working they shouldn’t put free WiFi in their services. We called the reception multiple times and they kept saying they’re gonna talk to maintenance. Well maintenance was available in limited hours They’re scammers and thieves. They kept charging us for nothing. When we called to ask if the breakfast is included they said it’s extra. The price was only for the room and it was already almost double from the initial price we saw. And the food was ridiculously expensive. They also charged us extra for the snacks (2 bags of chips, 1 pot of noodles, 2 packs of crackers and 2 small bottles of water). They didn’t care at all when we confronted them about the price. The manager is a liar and a scammer who kept charging us more. And lastly the area is very limited in shops and activities. Extremely disappointed don’t stay there they’ll rip you off.

The room had plenty of space and it was well designed and decorated.

STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE HASSLE and FRUSTRATIONS! (Especially if you just had a long flight). A/C: it felt like sleeping in an oven. I had to call the front desk numerous times to assist me with the A/C. I was tired from a long flight and all i wanted to do is to take a nap STAT. One staff came in and informed me to keep it in "jetmode" if I want it super cold. I initially waited for 10-15 minutes (as instructed) to feel the changed in temperature -- I waited hours with no effect. WiFi: Very disappointing! I brought the issues more than twice to the front desk -- I was responded with "We will inform our maintenance". I had to make efforts to remind them of its status -- no updates given to me, initiated by staff. I gave up calling by midnight. I woke up at 3AM as it was hot, and thought I'd check the internet connection. NO CONNECTION. WASHROOM: Little-to-NO bathroom essentials as advertised. I had to call for shampoo & conditioner -- housekeeping delivered 1 tiny travel pack 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner.. No slippers, towels in the bathroom (others than the two rolled towels in bed that felt "dusty". I literally had to use my clothes to dry myself after shower as the towels didnt feel clean. The "complimentary" travel pack toothbrush was wet, and the two cups in the washroom were not cleaned thoroughly-- it was gross. The walls by the shower were dirty **see photos**. BEDROOM: Bed is not comfortable at all, and the pillows are dirty! I had to leave the hotel after staying 1 night. The staff had terrible customer service -- it needs to be re-evaluated. Communication definitely needs further improvement.

Rooms are quite outdated and dark. Bathroom facilities are old, and show many signs of mold. Hair dryer provided was insane loud and did not feel save to be used.

Shuttle service worked perfectly. We where offered one hour earlier check in free of charge or 900 peso for early check in at 10. which we declined. But we could store the luggage’s in the Lobby for free.

Just the room when we arrived was very hot.

I like it, because the staffs were good. The room was clean, though when we arrived at night, the room was very hot. Just turn on the AC, and wait for few minutes and everything is well. The coffee and water were provided in each room were free. Other food stuffs are for sale. Though, you can bring foods bought outside, just don't bring durian fruit. The breakfast was good too. You can select from their small card menu. I have airport drop off service, but I forget to ask about it the night we arrived. Luckily, they still gave us a trip going to airport. Just a reminder for people having this service to not forget to arrange the time and date the day you arrive.

I was really insulted on top of that. They want me to pay for them to clean up of the linen because the little incident happened with my wife. I believe Lennon supposed to be part of the deal for them to clean up at night. My wife had her monthly. ????/ They took the linen downstairs to the reception and talk about front of everyone for me to pay 200 pesos for them to clean it up. I was really insulted from doing this. I don’t think I will go back.

The services. First, air conditioner was not able to get colder. I informed the staff downstairs and they said will check but no one came. I wanted to borrow a flat iron but nothing is available. Worst, WiFi shutdown in the middle of the night. I am staying for how many hours only as I have an early morning domestic flight. Really disappointed 😞

The smell in the room was too strong, it was like strong mint with mold. The hotel looks new and great outside but old and terrible inside.

The location and free airport transportation were great. There is a 7-11 on the opposite of the hotel, takes about 10 mins on foot.

This place is the worse. Pictures are so decieving. I went in and the shower stank like no other. I showered and almost threw because of the smell. I rented 2 rooms for myself and my daughter and she hated it. Well she's from the US so I understand but for me, and I live here in pinas now and it was still awful. I mean it's cheap but cmon. Don't do that. I want to use some words here. But I can't. And I don't think hotel is going to refund me my money. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
