Any of our requests were solved almost instantly with unfailing politeness and help. 5-minute walk to two beaches and all sorts of activities is like a cherry on the cake

Bed matrasses were quite hard. This is my experience in general in the Philippines. Airconditioning is a bit noisy but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Very well located, nice and attentive staff, good wifi, hot shower, free water refill, and room got the right amenities with a mini fridge and some space to hang your clothes.

Cleaning- I noticed that if we didn’t request it at the reception, the bedroom wouldn’t be cleaned. The cleanliness could be improved, as during my four-day stay, the bathroom mirror was never cleaned, and the floor wasn’t in the best condition. However, the room always smelled fresh, which was nice. This is the only aspect I think the hotel could improve!

The bedroom was charming, spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was also quiet, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel is well located in Boracay, in the quieter part of Station 2, yet still close to everything—just a 5-minute walk to D'Mall. You can walk along White Beach and choose where to stop—whether it's the upscale Station 1, the lively and bustling Station 2, or the more peaceful end of Station 2 and Station 3. Breakfast is made fresh to order from the menu, so it may take a little longer to be served. If you're in a hurry, it's best to allow extra time. However, every breakfast I tried was delicious! The hotel also features a spacious indoor pool, which is a great addition. The staff are absolutely lovely—friendly, always smiling, and eager to help. If I return to Boracay, I will definitely book this hotel again. It offers fantastic value for money!

The hotel is located by a neighborhood in development, so it's a little dirty sometimes, but is safe and people are friendly.

I really liked everything of this hotel, gentle staff willing to help, restaurant, breakfast, swimming pool, services like laundry work great. It was a high point in our travel in Boracay.

The bed is a bit squeaky. There are also just a few sockets in the room. The balcony is also lackluster.

The bathroom was very clean. The air conditioner is cold. I also like that we're 5 minutes away from D Mall. It's also quiet and peaceful. The staff provided us with everything that we asked. Plus there's free water.

The aircon at the lobby is not open when we arrive and I suggest having a welcome drink for their guests.

The place is clean and we'll maintain. Staffs are very polite and helpful. They will take you to places you wish to go and assist you with your baggage. The area is near the food Park and just 5 mins walk to the beach. I love the view at the attic, very relaxing.

Well equipped with all the basic facilities easily accessible. Great and tasty breakfast options. Hassle-free shuttle service to nearby attractions. Loved the beer pong and Jenga.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, check in time is 2pm but we got an earlier time on some of the rooms. Walking distance to the beach. I think its 5mins walk. Hotel rooms are not too pricey.

I thought we have free breakfast included when we booked. It should have been convenient, especially with kids. But we’re able to manage in the end.

The location is great. It’s near the white sand beach and bulabog and they have free rides to dmall as well as bulabog beach, especially if you have booked adventures. It’s convenient. The staffs are all nice and kind. They’re all very helpful. They have free water refilling area, kettle inside your room and free tea/coffee. Beach towels are also included.

All very good. The electricity sockets for the kettle and charging phones could be more suitably placed and a bedside cabinet on both sides would be better. However these are only minor observations. 100% perfect otherwise..

The hotel is situated bang in the middle of station 2, easy walking distance to both sides of the island. The room was spacious with a huge comfy bed and pillows. Had a kettle and ref. Excellent shower and cr. Good TV with facilities to login to your own Netflix account. A new hotel with no complaints or faults . Very quite at all times. The staff supplied towels for the beach and a free shuttle service to Dmail athough its only a less than 5 minute walk. We stayed 5 nights and will happily come back to Bloom boracay again

It has a free shuttle to Dmall. It's close to Dmall so you can just walk. Kid-friendly, accomodating staffs. Free drinks at the bar. It has a pool that the kids enjoyed after being toasted by the activities outside. What you see on the photos, is exactly the same!

The staff are wonderful, friendly special mention to Claude. The room is very clean, spacious, comfy bed, rm B202 has a view, it has everything you need, wifi is good. The location is excellent 2 minutes walk to Dmall but Frank can also drive you there if you want. I love staying in this hotel I extended my stay twice ended up staying for 10 nights. It was much cheaper booking directly with the hotel. My first 5 days was booked through booking.com and paid more. Much better value for money than some of the expensive hotels I stayed in Boracay
