The coral reef on the beach. The wonderful staff and spa. Felt the bungalow could do with a freshen up re paint. Dirty wall above wardrobe. I found one sheet on the bed was not warm enough. A light quilt on the bed would have been perfect so that the air con could be left on.

Coco Grove has beautiful rustic charm. Fantastic food and wonderful staff. You cannot beat the location right on the beach with a coral reef just off the beach. We stayed in Coco Lodge which is the quieter side of the resort but it was only a short walk on the beach to the main side of the resort where we enjoyed the Saturday night buffet and entertainment from the very talented local theatre group and the beach BBQ and music by a local band. We loved that there was just so much space.

Smokers discriminated, as there were not really any smoking areas, not allowed to smoke on your own terrace either.

Lovely settings in greenery, great beach and coral reef with various fish, good for snorkeling. Spacious rooms with terraces, hot water in the shower.

Nothing! It was fabulous, but if you want to shop, you need to go somewhere else, there was no “town” but able to line up transportation.

The location was amazing! The beach was clean and the healthiest reef I’ve ever seen was just in front. The snorkeling was excellent. The staff was excellent, and the food was good. It was not crowded, the provided beach chairs and towels and took good care of the property. And rotated the menu. Water was provided in refilled sealed glass bottles. No plastic!!!

Amazing hotel on the beautiful island of Siquijor. Great beach to snorkel at. Very friendly staff. Loved the variety of restaurants to eat at each day. Stayed for part of our honeymoon and it felt really special. Thank you.

Minor gripes- but every time you are in a different part of the hotel you have to log into a different internet connection and it’s not very strong in several areas. Also- I love quick service, but sometimes it was a little too quick when ordering food and drink. The food would be ready within 5-10 minutes- sometimes before the drinks arrived! Slow it down a little bit please.

A little bit of paradise on a beautiful island. Set right on its own beach with 2 main swimming pools and the main restaurants on the beach too it’s a great place to watch the sunset over the sea. Rooms are functional and tidy and the food is good quality and reasonably priced. Drinks are good with a good alcohol content. The coral area just offshore is good- nothing too exotic, but plenty of fish to see. The people who work here are amazingly well trained in customer service and are a credit to the hotel.

Everything is excellent. We had a great stay. The room is so spacious, food is really good. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The Mexican vibe of the place is superb plus the white sand beach. Location is perfect. My kids love the koko kids club.

Wow! This place was so welcoming! We arrived to a fresh watermelon juice on arrival whilst concierge took our bags to our room and we checked in. Wonderful complex with yoga sessions, 2 pools, snorkelling, and day tours. They had a free drumming & fire show our first night with a lovely meal. Breakfast with that beautiful view each morning was a treat. View from our room of first pool from 2nd floor - very quiet, so had uninterrupted sleeps in a huge room with comfy beds, and a fridge. Free filtered water in the hallways to top up your water. Staff member Joy remembered our names, and just made you feel so welcome. Yummy pinepple & mango shakes at the swim up pool bar. Would happily go back again!

The mattresses.

The staff was the best. Very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful, snorkeling was great. We ate most meals at the resort and they were all delicious. The only problem we had were the beds, very hard. The housekeeping staff added a mattress topper and that helped, but the resort needs to invest in better quality mattresses.

Rooms a little bit dated but absolutely fine for what we needed, still comfortable and location makes up for it!

Gorgeous hotel and facilities right on the beach which was beautiful and great for snorkelling. The resort felt really spacious and loved walking straight out of our apartment onto the pool/beach. All the staff were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast, food and shows at both restaurants at the resort. Would definitely recommend!

For the price, I was hoping that the rooms and bathrooms were a bit higher end. Perhaps they’re just getting a bit old and it’s not surprising since so many guests are checking in daily. Maybe just upgrade the rooms and facilities. Also, it seems the front desk have differing views on availability of rooms. When I check via booking.com sometimes there’s nothing available, but when we checked in person, then they had more rooms available. Anyhow, just do your research. Also, lots more foreigners than a decade ago! The secret is out siqujor, so it’s a bit sad that the quiet and quaint island we once knew is no longer the same.

The beach and pools are the best on the island. It’s the most expensive resort, but you get excellent service, good food and lovely surroundings. They really expanded this property since we last were here in 2008, so it’s pretty impressive.

All was ok

It’s an amazing resort. I was in plantation 1. Quite room in the garden. The beach is very nice, wake up early if you want book your flat bed on the beach. Swimming pool, pool table and other games are available. Massage center inside the resort, and 3 restaurants inside. I strongly suggest to book a tour in APO ISLAND for snorkelling or and diving to se the turtles and the marine snakes . Book a day motorbike and take a loop of the island.

Before check in hotel sent me email says they have pick up service from port to hotel cost 300 each person. When i arrived hotel. The staff told me this service is for free!! Wasted my money to rent motorcycle at port
