Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyOne of the absolute highlights of our Palawan trip. A hidden gem, off the beaten track. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Surfing conditions great for longboarding. SerbiaNo complains. Amazing place. Will come again if visiting El Nido. Good to be aware that wifi is not available during the night.
Descrete resort at amazing beach. Friendly and helpful owners. Sustainable (electricity produced by solar panels). They have hatchery for turtles helping the population and releasing regularly just hatched turtles into the ocean. Food is the best in the neighborhood.

PolandNot enough time spent there :-)
Truly remarkable experience - amazing long beach for walking/running, we had 2 days of stunning 2,5m high waves & incredible surfing challenge :-) It was interesting experience to stay in this semi-offgrid spot. The house rocks! but 1st night was not easy to sleep due to breaking noise of waves, finally we regret we stayed there 3 nights only. Thanks to Max and the Family, truly recommend the host & place itself!

GermanyWe had no negatives about this property at all. People should be aware it is a remote location, therefore wifi and electricity can be limited at times, particularly over night, and showers being warm vs hot. You’re also right on the beach, so expect the beautiful sound of waves throughout the night. This may not be for all, but they actually made our stay even more unique.
Staying at the Duli Beach Resort was definitely a highlight of our trip. The beach was stunning and well maintained on a daily basis by the staff, which we hadn’t seen in other places. Access to the turtle hatchery as well as watching baby turtles be released daily was a one of a kind experience and made this an unforgettable stay. The beach villa was well kept and had all the essentials you would need. Very tasty breakfasts and lovely home cooked meals were well priced and the staff were incredibly nice. The perfect beach get away - you will be able to truly switch off here. A special thank you for the host and his family for making us feel so welcome - we felt right at home!

CanadaWe had the most amazing stay at Duli Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest, most welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I absolutely loved that the huts are right on the beach-waking up to the sound of the waves and having easy access to the beautiful shore was a dream! The food was another highlight-every meal was delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left me wanting more. They even bake their own bread which is delicious! What truly sets Duli Beach Resort apart, though, is their incredible commitment to conservation. I loved that they rescue turtle nests and release baby turtles daily. It's so inspiring to see how dedicated the team is to preserving the local wildlife. The resort has a truly laid-back vibe, and the combination of great food, wonderful hosts, and a pristine beachfront location made this experience unforgettable. Highly recommend Duli Beach Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

IrelandDuli Beach Resort was an amazing and memorable part of our Philippines trip. The location is exceptional, you are in the middle of nowhere on the most beautiful beach. The roar of the sea was the constant soundtrack to our stay. The hut was large and comfortable, the welcome was warm, food in the restaurant was simple but tasty. This is the place to come to if you are looking for pared back adventure. Bring deet for the sandflies. You can't see them or feel them biting, it's only later you realise they got you.

United KingdomThat we didn't stay longer.
The perfect little place. The owners are super nice and staff very friendly. You can just come and everything you need is there. The bungalows are spacious, and we were able to charge our devices. The restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner, and you can also take surf lessons. Even when it rains, you can sit comfortably on your terrace and enjoy the ocean view.T he beach is unspoilt. Even a great place for kids.

CanadaThe open screen bungalows allow you to listen to the surf and breeze as you drift into sleep (and wake up). I loved stepping right onto the sand from my room. The owners and staff are kind and welcoming, it's the perfect spot to disconnect and relax.

GermanyPerfect location at the end of Duli Beach, excellently managed and despite the relaxed location some infrastructure nearby. Nice long beach with good waves for surfing, bodysurfing or just relaxing. You can also rent a scooter nearby and take a trip to El Nido, with many impressions on the way. Really a great base if you want to explore the El Nido area but stay at a relaxed place.

BelgiumThe restaurant could have more options of fish on the menu. The insane amount of sandflies, but not the the hotel fault. All beaches in El Nido have them. Just make sure you buy proper repellent.
It's paradise on earth, the location right on the beautiful Deli Beach is breathtaking. You can have surf classes, ask for transfer to El Nido or vice versa. The restaurant have great food. It's confortable and clean... I will be back for sure.

GermanyThe only negative thing to say is that it was more expensive than the hotels we had before. But i would still book it again
The hosts directly greeted us and arranged a pickup from el nido for us. Everything worked perfectly. The resort is open with lots of activities to do (beach volleyball, surfing, playing games). The resort offers food which was very good. Even though in the cars there for nothing vegetarian, they offered me a veggie curry. So don’t hesitate to ask. A security man guarded the resort which made us feel safe. The rooms are big but still simple which is fine. We should have stayed a day longer

CanadaThe place is perfect… clean simple organized friendly and even able to send a tuk tuk to pick you up and bring you there!
Duli beach resort is a collection of wonderfully engineered bungalows at the far end of a very long beach. The sand comes to the steps of your porch.. There are no other places to stay on the beach.. a couple of surf shop/huts, a couple of cafe restaurant bar type places, a massage hut.. all pretty low key. The only others you see are maybe 20-30 people who motorcycle in for a day of surfing or chilling on the pristine beach. The owners are a family .. relaxed, detailed, eco friendly.. there are a couple of in house surf instructors to get you going.. and a vibe that makes you feel like the hustle and bustle of El Nido have been left far behind.

United KingdomHowever, a few practical issues could be improved. The room was only equipped with one small bin for dirty toilet paper and all other rubbish, and it wasn’t emptied daily. This meant we often had to pile items beside it, which was inconvenient and detracted from the otherwise pleasant room experience. A larger bin or more frequent cleaning would make a big difference in maintaining the resort’s otherwise high standard of comfort.
Duli Beach Resort is a hidden gem for anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic escape in a stunning natural setting. The location is breathtaking, with beautiful views and serene sounds of nature that make waking up a joy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped foster a sense of community among guests, making the resort feel welcoming and unpretentious. Unlike many other places, it didn’t feel touristy, which allowed for a deeper connection to the surroundings. Additionally, the fresh, homemade dinners and lunches were a highlight, showcasing local flavors and made with care.

United StatesRoads getting to the resort are unpaved and during rainy season becomes a nightmare, plus lugging your bags to the resort in the beach sand wasn't a great start. Limited resources like electricity and internet during the stay. Clear instructions on the listing would've helped set right expectations.
Exceptional view from the room. Clean and spacious rooms. You have the entire beach to yourself when you go in off season. Satisfactory food options given the limited options.

GermanyWe missed some fruit options at breakfast, like a fruit plate or a fruit shake. We asked, but it costs extra and it is not much. Some bananas would be great, that would do already.
Right at the beach with very little tourist, a real hideaway. You can order lunch or dinner for 350php, from 3 different options, it was always very tasty. The beach is clean, the ocean calm, the water shallow, perfect place for kids to swim. We enjoyed our time a lot and stayed longer in the end. If you snorkel to the rocks there is a shipwreck you can see. Sadly we didn’t see any turtles, it might not be season. Also waves weren’t good for surfing, but enough for beginners lessons though. Except a quiet and remote paradise when you come here, take a deep breath, take it slow and just enjoy…
