Great location, easy to get to the airport. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Nearby shops and easy to order food to the building. Fast wifi and Netflix on the TV. Clean and tidy, we loved staying here.

A Great little apartment complete with everything you need. Ideal for a few days stay, especially if traveling with family. Very safe and secure compound in a safe area. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away or can easily get food delivered to the building. Great view from the 10th floor.

I didn't like the fact that the air conditioning didn't work For the first 3 dand the handler knew that and left us hanging there sweating. I felt that he was a little rude.

Nice room, king size bed, there's table. People in the facility are nice and also those we met at the pool. Upscale area.

The old sofa with huge stain and the towels (doesn't smell fresh and naghihimulmol). I suggest the owner to buy Ikea towels, cheap but good quality. Prefer white ones for aesthetic and hygiene.

The flat is nice with good choice of bed. I like the location, it is situated at the back of Resorts World (walking distance). Easy communication with the owner living abroad. The guards are polite and friendly as well as the owner's contact person in Metro Manila.

the walking path to the apartment is not in good condition, specially carrying a luggage. the apartment is ok for one night, not much comfort for more time.

After i was charged,i got message that there is a room waiting for me i found out that there is no available room and i would need to cancel the reservation without getting my money back and without checking in. For youre notification i would like to admit that the staff helped me to get a room in another place, but the room wasn't valuable for the price I played.

Old apartment with very basic facilities. fridge was not working even.

Very close to Manila airport and helpful host who came to pick up at airport. Swimming pool is fantastic in common area.

property didn’t look prepared for guests. sheets on king bed was full sized and was just put on top of bed. extra blankets smelled dirty and pillow cases were also dirty. no amenities whatsoever in the kitchen and bathroom. not even the basics like toilet paper and hand soap. this property was not rental worthy. it is not a comfortable place for travelers to get settled in after a long flight. wouldn’t recommend for anybody. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. property owner should stop renting this place if they don’t do a better job in preparing it for guests

Very minor items were "broken" but easily fixed (e.g., the sink faucet was loose as was the toilet seat). Also, there wasn't a garbage can in the kitchen (smaller ones around the apartment but nothing I was comfortable leaving food inside). Finally, would be nice to have had a run down of the rules while staying there (discovered we should not be drying clothes outside on the balcony and that garbage needed to be taken to the basement floor ourselves). No major problems at all, but nice to point out for future tenants.

The room was in very good condition. The majority o the items (e.g., washer, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning) worked without issue. The security at the location was extremely helpful. Located next to the Newport Mall, which was extremely convenient. Would stay again in the future without question!
