How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The lavatory space is quite narrow but still with the hotel nightly rate, you get more than what you pay.
Suprisingly very nice hotel at its price. Room is quite clean and in order.

1. The room’s desk electrical outlet is not working. 2. The next available electrical outlet is located at the bottom of the bed headboard. 3. I had to request a change of room because of the electrical outlet issue. 4. I had to request for handsoap refill since the replacement room ‘s handsoap dispenser is already empty.

You can hear the noise next door.No bottled water no shampoo hot water is poor.

-The small chinese looking guard needs training for customer service, worst alibi of "no parking kahit naka book na po kayo, Yung iba naka reserve at babalik"! did not even offer to check (at least to appease even if it was a fake emotion) -Parking issues, even if you are already booked, you are literally being suggested to park "elsewhere" (maghanap na lang kayo ng public parking) -Parking slot finally was given eventually after 30mins of waiting, car was at half of drive way and the street but with a charge of 100pesos and was never published (only after a negotiation, looks like a modus) -Payment issues, you are asked to pay upfront even if a payment was made thru Gcash with complete transaction number and to be deposited back to you the next business days (so you will pay twice!) - Front desk guy, Saturday shift at 5pm, May 28 needs retraining for people facing issues or should be assigned to the admin, not customer facing. -Lastly, no confrontation happened (just to make it clear)

to be honest i havent experienced anything that would be worth mentioning in this box :)
I chose this Hotel for its dollar value, location and provided the basics ( wi-fi , air con , separate CR and shower cable and in room safe) 24 hr. desk and security. All of this seemed like a very good deal for the price i was quoted for a 25 day stay. To be honest i had zero expectations and was hopeful i made a good choice. Let me say the staff and security are some of the most polite and friendly people you could ask for :) The room provided everything as presented online including a comfy queen bed . perfect for a solo traveler. The location provides an insane about of places to eat in a 10 block radius in all directions and all types of foods you can think of. the list is just too long to post it all. Be prepared to put on a few pounds if your staying for a length of time. Plenty of Banks, money exchanges and huge shopping malls all close by. overall a great location to just hang out and stay close or easy to grab a taxi and go explore.

Unfortunately from the housekeeping department, from my whole stay in the hotel, nobody came to clean my room and I stayed there for a week. Even bottled water was just provided once, when I just first checked - in. So I ended up buying water from nearby groceries. In addition, the bed sheet was stained with spots from any else.
The location is good.

We were given a room that was occupied. We were furious about it considering that there are things inside the room. Fortunately, the one occupying it was not there at that time. But that was embarrassing.
