This hotel located near a motor-or three cycle parking 🅿️ and the driver doing “pipi “ there at midnight,, very bad smell when you cross the road,!? AND the WIFI is really very slowly and broken even 1-2 minutes in the whole hotel area, Cause I stayed there 11 nights.. Hopefully I had my 35 GB free Europe-internet with myself and could use it for personal use.? ✌🏼😀

Mostly like the people as working good and hard for a low income,,☺️2-breakfast was okay 👌 3-you are safe in the elevator 🛗 but not outside of the hotel 🏨 and specially at dark-night time,,! 😊

The supply of toiletries is scarce. Please get better quality toilet roles.

Location is close to shopping malls and eateries. Room size is very comfortable and very clean. The staff are very accommodating and attentive to our needs.

WiFI. Just not working, either inaccessible or totally unstable. Had to use my own pocket WIFI.

The toiletries were incomplete. No shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and a blow dryer.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel is decent and clean. The location is near the downtown area of Makati.

Please change all your bath towels. The color is no longer white for hygiene and safety reasons. Thank you very much.

The room window has a weird middle space without curtain allowing lamp post light to come through. It disturb sleep.

The wifi was terrible and it didn't change in 3 days I stayed.

The hotel is close to Burgos street where you find plenty of bars and restaurants.

Staff was very accommodating. Space was adequate and I love using the bathtub. Location is near all other hotels at the same tier, walking distance to the CBD.

It was an old hotel but was properly maintained; it was kept clean and tidy. I liked it that the property is always sanitized, you wouldn’t smell any stinky odor. The staff, from the security guard and the reception and the housekeeping were all very polite and accommodating, apart from the fact that they were all well groomed. It’s a plus point that there is a 24 hour convenience store nearby.

The major problem was the internet: it was terrible. I struggled to use it half the time And it made it hard to book a taxi, download a map route - basic things. I’ve not seen such bad hotel internet since 2010. There’s no excuse.

Nice clean room, good bed, quiet at night. Served breakfast, and good restaurants in close neighborhood. Very nice and helpful personal. This hotel has a very good price/ quality rate. And only 1 km from the Ayala Triangle where the Ayala mall and Greenbelt malls are

Booked a double but got a Twin room. Mattresses was springy so woke up a few times and the aircon unit is old and loud and doesn't matter what temperature you put it on seemed to be the same
