Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe WiFi is only cater for 2 devices. Signal is spotty most of the time. Internet can abruptly unavailable even though you are on the network. And you have to call reception to refresh the connections repeatedly. Quite frustrating in this aspect.

FranceCleaning: 0, i had to change rooms 3 times as everytime the bathroom was dirty. Horrible matress: the worst i have ever seen, same on most rooms. Like siting/sleeping on a rock so i asked for extra comforter to put below me and soften it a bit and the valley was really rude while bringing it. Minuscule bath-tubs, very old air conditioning, my stay was an absolute hell.

SpainThe mattress was totally destroyed, at the minimum movement on the bed made some noises that could be heard throughout the hotel I think and also the mattress springs I think were broken because the mattress was totally deformed and super hard, I don't understand how in a three-star hotel I can have a mattress like that

PhilippinesIt's my second time staying here. The first time was ok. But the second time not really - I booked a room for two with breakfast. But when I had my breakfast and asked if I can get the two complimentary breakfast, they told me that breakfast is only for registered guest. There was no advice that you need to register both occupants of the room. This was not even an issue the first time I booked there. Now having second thoughts of booking there again. :(
The cleanliness of the place. The housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful. Had an issue with Frontdesk and Restaurant personnel though.

PhilippinesArea was not so nice to walk around in Building was older with a sign that's hard to find, so hired cars always missed it. Room had a dusty feel to it, although staff was very accommodating and spruced it up some for our 2nd night.
Staff was nice and helpful, courteous too. Toiletries were more than expected...a pleasant surprise. Unit was good size, with a nicely lit desk... Breakfast had varied selection, and service was quick.
