The toiletries were incomplete. No shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and a blow dryer.

The staff is super friendly. The hotel is decent and clean. The location is near the downtown area of Makati.

The WiFi is only cater for 2 devices. Signal is spotty most of the time. Internet can abruptly unavailable even though you are on the network. And you have to call reception to refresh the connections repeatedly. Quite frustrating in this aspect.

Many diners & restaurants nearby. Near Makati Ave but not too noisy.

Cleaning: 0, i had to change rooms 3 times as everytime the bathroom was dirty. Horrible matress: the worst i have ever seen, same on most rooms. Like siting/sleeping on a rock so i asked for extra comforter to put below me and soften it a bit and the valley was really rude while bringing it. Minuscule bath-tubs, very old air conditioning, my stay was an absolute hell.

Decoration style gatsby but badly kept alive so it feels more creepy and old than anything

The wifi was terrible and it didn't change in 3 days I stayed.

The hotel is close to Burgos street where you find plenty of bars and restaurants.

The major problem was the internet: it was terrible. I struggled to use it half the time And it made it hard to book a taxi, download a map route - basic things. I’ve not seen such bad hotel internet since 2010. There’s no excuse.

Not so clean and not so helpful the stuff even we have some problems that say to them. Also outside of hotel the area have many night clubs and very dirty with garbages in the streets.

Couldn't connect to wifi. The room keys are not working for all rooms (currently to be fixed) Encountered cockroach in room (very small one)

The location is excellent, the staff are really accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was also good.

The mattress was totally destroyed, at the minimum movement on the bed made some noises that could be heard throughout the hotel I think and also the mattress springs I think were broken because the mattress was totally deformed and super hard, I don't understand how in a three-star hotel I can have a mattress like that

What I liked most was the location and the staff who always behaved, incredibly well and very friendly.I was delighted with all the staff because it is amazing!! Every day they clean the room and change the bedding, the room is old

It's my second time staying here. The first time was ok. But the second time not really - I booked a room for two with breakfast. But when I had my breakfast and asked if I can get the two complimentary breakfast, they told me that breakfast is only for registered guest. There was no advice that you need to register both occupants of the room. This was not even an issue the first time I booked there. Now having second thoughts of booking there again. :(

The cleanliness of the place. The housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful. Had an issue with Frontdesk and Restaurant personnel though.

Mold on ceiling after moving rooms. Kept not giving towels would have to call for them. Felt harrased a couple of times because they would keep ring the doorbell when I was unable to answer then call after instead of coming in so I could say no thank you

Couldn't sleep at night because of outside noise. Cars honking and people yelling in the streets. The windows aren't soundproof at all. It felt like they were open.

Area was not so nice to walk around in Building was older with a sign that's hard to find, so hired cars always missed it. Room had a dusty feel to it, although staff was very accommodating and spruced it up some for our 2nd night.

Staff was nice and helpful, courteous too. Toiletries were more than expected...a pleasant surprise. Unit was good size, with a nicely lit desk... Breakfast had varied selection, and service was quick.
