CanadaThe cleanliness could be improved. There was clearly a mountain of dust on cabinets & shelves. The ants in the kitchen were more than annoying. Could not find any extra blankets or sheets. Last, there was a leak with one of the bathroom fixtures, the water had to be turned off after each flush.
The owner & staff were Very helpful. We were allowed to stay two extra hours due to a late flight.

PhilippinesParking! It was so far from the Tower. We had to walk 10mins to go to the clubhouse for parking, and we had to pay 300 pesos first because we had to leave the parking and eat breakfast. And then when we came back we had to pay again. The staff at Wind Residences itself were not friendly at all!❌
The location was good, near the spots that we wanted to go to in Tagaytay - Skyranch, Picnic Grove, Pink Sisters, Bag of Beans, Leslies.

PhilippinesThe bed was noisy, and I don't think it's suitable for plus size people. I opted to sleep on the couch which has its own problems, but I can't complain that much since we were supposedly upgraded to a better room, no bonus fees. The sheets generated static frequently. Aircon needs some maintenance, it still cooled the room, but it might be too noisy for other people.
Location and the available stores below the SMDC Condominiums, host was very kind, active. No roaches, all appliances were working. Wi-Fi was fast. Bidet was blasting, +10 We didn't get to explore that much, we practically just stayed to attend a wedding in Balay Dako. But there will always be transportation ready.

PhilippinesThe smell of bleach they used in cleaning/sanitizing the comfort room was strong and annoying. it triggered my migraine. it took more more than 2hrs before the smell subside. But overall, unit is ok except for the Sofa which you can feel the age of uneven and sinking foam.

CanadaThe building is overall safe. The location is prime and the lakeview is amazing!!! For that, you get the value of your money! We will be back when there is a chance for sure. The host is nice and very responsive. Minor feedback, The dinning table is wobbly and needs replacement, a sturdier table makes guests more at peace using it. The towels are very thin, would do better when thicker. Some parts of the bathroom walls have molds which if left uncleaned can be dangerous to health. Also, maybe it is good to add papertowels in the kitchen. This is easily resolved with constant monitoring of the property's cleanliness. It did not affect or bothered our stay..The a/c is functioning well and the place is comfortable overall.

PhilippinesEverything was poor the sofa was not a sofa it was a foam child like gaming sofa that collapse when wait is applied the bed was very hard low to floor and only sheet was provided false advertising nothing is what it seems.
No breakfast included.There is a kitchen in the room however everything is poorly outdated and has rats nothing was satisfactory I left to a better hotel and was not offered a refund or any compensation also the facility is false advertising nothing like the advertised images
