We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

It was in the City center. Close to a lot of commercial establishments. Room was neat and served its purpose as we were only there to do work.

United KingdomThe first room I was shown was sparse, no desk or chair, when they brought one to the room after my query it was a small coffee table and plastic chair. I ended up in a proper room but at a higher price. This took more than 15 minutes to sort out, and they were not busy at all. The restaurant opened at 6am, and I was the only guest, ordering at 6.02 The American breakfast was quite poor and arrived cold and at 6.18 meaning that I was pushed to take the 6.30 airport shuttle. The receptionist was helpful and held the bus for ten minutes which I was very thankful for. The dining staff were inattentive and spent their time chatting to each other

PhilippinesCleanliness could be improved. The aircon casing is dusty when we arrived. There should be a rag on the toilet doorstep as well but we can't find one when we arrived. Also the size of the bathroom is quite small.
The location is near everything from malls to commercial centers even universities and public markets. We also loved their AFFORDABLE and YUMMY food.

PhilippinesOn the night of the check-in, the front officer knew that we are 5 checking-in( 3 adults and 2 children) since we are the only guest at that time (around 12-12:30MN. Shed advised of the bill and I did pay. However, upon check-out the following day, the morning shift front officer told me that I should pay additional for the guest over 20 yo. Of course, I was surprised because the front officer did not advise me during the check -in. I refused to pay but the front officer insisted that I should pay but later on she waived it after a short discussion. The question here is not about the money since it is very minimal but what I do not like it I was held hostage. I was enticed to check-in at a lower price but later I was asked to pay additional. There should be no surprises when it comes to billings/charges.
