Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What we didn’t like was the noise of other guests/ people in the hallway even beyond bed time. (Past 10pm/11pm)

Room was tiny. I had to go down to lobby if I wanted to get hot water for coffee!! Really?!! It's 2025, couldn't they just put a kettle in the room??! Very pricey for no clear reason.
Room was clean, the hotel is right on top of the bus terminal (good for convenience but bad for air quality), walking distance to the only mall in the city.

The breakfast lacked a lot of quality. Food items that ran out were not replenished and items that should have been cold were not and the same for hot foods that were cold. They need oversight on breakfast. However, the same venue ran an exceptional meal in the evening.

I didn't like the very strong smell of fabric softener on the sheets and towels. It was very overwhelming and you smelled it even in the public areas of the hotel. It gave me so bad a headache that I had to take paracetamol (I don't do that regularly, so this was really bad). The bath towels were not made of cotton, so they were not absorbent. The small ref in my room was not connected to a socket (there didn't seem to be any), so I wasn't able to get my drinks cool.
The location was very good as it was near the Baguio Convention Center where we attended an event. There was ample parking for our van. The hotel was right next to the Victory liner depot, which makes it very convenient for those coming in by bus. The room and bathroom were spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but had good choices, which varied every day.

What was not as nice for the hotel was how rubber like the pillow covering was, how the Wifi lacked in connection sometimes and how depending on the morning of it could get crowded in the free breakfast area if you are not early enough. If you are big on Wifi for any reason like work then I wouldn't suggest this place, but everything else overall was great.
I thoroughly enjoyed the kind and helpful staff, the Breakfast and free meal, the comfort of the room in itself and the area or location in which it had Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts near by. It was quite the experience for a good price. If you are getting the room to just take a breath then sleep and go out the next day then this is perfect!

The doors are noisy to close. Wish they have installed some rubber or foam to subtle the noise in closing doors. Every time someone is getting in or out of the rooms they are being heard because of the "bangs" and apart from being irritating it is a sleep disturbance,
Location is excellent (very accessible to transports, restaurants, shopping, etc. amenities) and rooms are clean with friendly staff. I originally booked for 3 rooms but ended up booking another 2 to accommodate extra friend and family; and we all stayed for 3 nights.
